"Mr Bob Knob" I find it suspicious that you say that they wanted to charge you a restocking fee. I've been a customer for decades and have never had a single issue with a return. I also doubt the story about the employee saying the customer "did not wanting a black man to make any money",because the owner of the store isnt black. They are a bit more pricey than the big box stores but I don't mine paying a little more for the convenience of being able to get what I need right around the corner.”
“They improved the service on the floor in recent years. However, occasionally you ask that one employee for help (if you can find him) and it's like he's doing you a favor. Otherwise I have good things to say about the overall customer experience including the Pro Desk when I'd pick something up for my Contractor.... Always knowledgeable and enthusiastic with their help. The store is clean and well stocked. Seems to be very well run. Kudos to Management.”
