“This is the absolute best place to buy high quality ski and snowboard gear. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and will make sure you are in the right equipment. Their clothing selection is also excellent and they only carry the best quality. They stand behind every product they sell and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is something you will never find at a chain or big box store. Geigers is the only place we purchase our ski and snowboard gear from, from base layers to equipment!”

“I have purchased many beanbag chairs in the past my daughter and my son both have extremely large beanbag chairs. We have a 4 foot a 6 foot and an 8 foot purchased from Amazon. I wish we would have purchased it from ultimate sack to begin with. I have purchased several covers because the ones that we had were always very poor quality. I recently purchased from ultimate sack and we could not be happier with our purchase. They are durable extremely soft. The zippers will definitely last and not break. The colors are bright and the field is amazing. My kids are happy and so am I.”

“I had a great experience shopping at this particular Nike store. Lee, one of the team leads was very knowledgeable about the Nike products. She displayed patient (difficult wifi service), offered online services and was very kid friendly. As we know it is hard finding good customer service. For example, my son and I left great service at the Nike store to being ??across the street at another retail store. We spent about 6 minutes in that store. There was 2 associates ( one behind the register who appeared to be scrolling on the phone and the other one straighten up). Not ONE time did they acknowledge us. Did I mentioned we were the only 2 customers in the store? With that being said, I explained to my 12yr old son DO NOT PATRONIZE A BUSINESS WHO DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE YOU when you're in their establishment. Let's get back to quality customer service. Thanks Lee, for making our Nike shopping experience great ? ?”
“My compliments are for Tammy who was working this afternoon (Nov 13th 2022). She was extremely helpful, getting pairs of boots off the top shelf for me, WHILE also helping a family with 3 children get fitted for snow boots, WHILE also ringing customers out at the front. I don't know how she juggled it all, but she did it beautifully with such a kind smile, and informative answers to my questions. She made my visit exceptional. “Hit or miss, some stuff is just on sale and not much of a deal. But if you look through your sizes you will find some great deals! Some sporting goods equipment, water bottles galore, and shoes of all varieties to dig through. Clothing is by far the largest selection in the store eqaul across mens/womens/kids”
“I just realized when I was using googlemaps GPS that this place had a <4 star rating. It seems like the store had issues back then. Regardless of what you think about the company stockholders making changes to quality of clothes or their warranty policy, the actual store itself does not warrant a low score. Everytime I go the employees are extremely kind and can answer my information questions, offering to put in orders for items they don't have, etc. The one thing I will say though: it IS a smaller lululemon location. I'm not sure what the average size is supposed to be, but be advised that niche items you are probably better off ordering online.”
“Great experience working with Cali yesterday at store #2839 (Harvard Park) to resolve a serious issue from another store. She was terrific, customer-focused, apologetic (even though the problem had nothing to do with her store) sincere, and funny. She's the reason my husband and I will keep shopping at this chain.”
