“After returning from a trip on a Sunday night, the gauge on our lp tank, despite having enough gas to light our hot water tank, read 0%. I contacted Ferrellgas on their website, and bright and early Monday morning the truck pulled in to fill our tank. The driver, Chris offered to come in and light the water tank if it had went out. Ferrellgas has always demonstrated exceptional customer service, and my wife and I are grateful for that.”
