“I was there in the early morning and the lady was helping others. I waited for about 5 mins and she helped me with everything. I was surprise that uhaul has a better IT than other big retailers such as walmart. Text message was received on time and check in process is easy and clear enough for me. Only thing about the 15' truck is the wipers. You have to be extremely carefully driving during rainy nights as wipers were not working as it is supposed to be.”
