The facility is located in an area that appears to me to be quiet, fairly secluded, and hopefully secure. The access is convenient and easily navigable.

“Update - Lightning Lockers made it right! It took a few more months, but Lightning Lockers fulfilled the promise to replace the lockers. They did a better job of wrapping and packing the lockers and they were delivered in pristine condition. The lockers were delivered again by Roadrunner freight which I suppose they had no choice but to use again because they Roadrunner was responsible for the damage. The driver was again petty and would only drop the lockers on the driveway and would not move them an additional 8 feet or so into the garage and I was home alone. I do recommend Lightning Lockers and I hope they work with a different freight company for their own benefit in the future. New pics at the bottom.Past Review:After waiting 5 months and 7 days (I knew it would be a long wait and accepted it), this is what was on the truck. I refused delivery and the driver (Roadrunner Freight) was annoyed. I can't say Lightning lockers was to blame for the damage, however, based on the lack of packing on the lockers, it seems very likely it will be impossible to get like new lockers delivered under any circumstance. I will update this review and happily provide 5 Stars if I can get them replaced, properly packed, and without damage in another 5 months.”

“I rented a storage unit at Lambertville Mini Storage on Lewis after selling the house. The units are very clean and easily accessible. I rented the unit for 2months and found a new home. I was able to move everything out of the storage unit easily, and the cancelation of the rented unit was very easy. The people at the front desk are extremely nice! Highly recommend if you need a secure place to store your items!”

“Used Crossroads for two months to store some of my stuff while I moved. Pro's: - Very courteous and easy to work with. - Never had any problems with my unit or my belongings. - Gate and my entry pass-code worked every time. - My belongings stayed dry and safe. - Plenty of room to maneuver my 12' trailer and pick-up truck. - Great value for the price. - Very clean and tall unit. I could stack light rubbermaid totes and ice chests 12' high. - They always answered the phone or called me back promptly if I left a voicemail. Con's: - They sell you a $12 lock for $20 when you sign up. Buy / bring your own. - Even though I had -0- issues, the security seems lacking. - When I had to unload the unit on a rainy day, the lack of rain gutters on the buildings causes rain to pour down over the unit entrance. I got soaked! - Got charged for an extra month after I was out, and only caught it because I have text-alerts setup on my credit card account. But they said they'd refund me. - No one is there on site. If you need to meet with someone, it would take 30-45 minutes. All in all, I had a 'Very Good' experience. I would use them again for storing miscellaneous stuff, but perhaps not high-value items.”

“Best prices in town!! Very friendly owners. All you gotta do is give them a call and they'll accommodate any of your needs. It's very well lit at night, with a coded gate entrance and security cameras. I love that they have indoor and outdoor storage at very low rates. Just good luck getting a spot or unit because they're pretty full, most of the time.”
“One Stop Storage has been a great experience for us. We moved downtown and the space is very convent. The space is clean, heated with very easy access. The rental process was very easy online. We are waiting for our home to be built so we will be there for a bit and we have no concerns that our furniture will suffer any damage. Happy ?”
“Just rented a 10x10 at Mr. Storage on Oakdale. I guess they are under new ownership but the Facility Manager, Cindy was very friendly and super helpful. I guess she has been there for a little over 20 years and stayed on with the new owners. Their prices were the cheapest in the area. I rented the unit online but had to go into the office to get the code because they are not fully automated.”
“Actually never knew it was there, part of a 6 + company hub that includes Mulch World and others. Unit prices are by far the best in the area, month to month rent contract, so no long term up front agreement, 24 hour code access. Everything you want, at a price you thought was not possible, but here it is.”

The parking units could use some cleaning and branches trimmed along fence. Lines and numbers repainted. . The website is on go daddy for sale. Hard to register and login.”

“This is my first time renting a storage unit, so I was a bit lost. I had a hard time finding my unit with my entry code, but Francine was very nice and helped me out a lot with that. She also explained the move-in process a bit to me beforehand, so that was nice too. She was patient and courteous throughout. The facility itself isn’t half bad either.”
