“This is my go-to UPS store. All the staff are nice and friendly. Today, I’m writing a review for my special thank you to Ms. Diara Capito! I went to drop off a large and heavy item. Amazon chat associate told me the label was generated as no box no label. Sure I should double checked but missed doing it. Got there and found out it needs to be boxed up. I couldn’t box the whole thing by myself and it also has some loose pieces I couldn’t fit into the same box. Diara went out of her way helped me together boxed up the heavy item and also brainstormed with an idea to successfully boxed up the loose piece without me having to pay for anything additional and avoided another trip for me as well! Others place a package behind the storm door when there is ample area so I can open storm door for collecting my package.If behind door when open is very difficult to retrieve, common sense I'd think.So thank you UPS, brown truck still the best”
