The first time they repaired and returned my machine quicker that promised, and the second time fit a quick fix into their busy schedule, while making it clear I could end up at the back of the service line if my problem required anything labor-intensive. Erin was sweet and professional about managing expectations, and my last problem was solved in less than 15 minutes!”

“What a great place to buy a used appliance! I've bought several here over the years and they always work great, are a clean as a new appliance, and delivered promptly. The delivery crew is are great and friendly folks who are extremely diligent and careful with the deliveries. I would never buy a new appliance (which typically break down after a few years) when I could have an older, reliable appliance that will give me years of service.”

“Recently went here to buy a dishwasher for a rental unit and had a few bumps and bruises but thanks to Eric and the repair crew life is grand. He was gracious, had a replacement ordered before the repair crew got to the property just in case, and worked with me on the install fee. Eric, thanks for helping me make this right and get it done. And even when I got a bit grumpy, he never change his tone which was service threw and threw. I will be back. Thanks all, Eric, Mark, David, the crew that came out to take care of what was needed. I'll be back.”
“Ferguson helped me with some hard to find pipe for a home project. After receiving the delivery I realized a made a mistake on the diameter of pipe I needed. They worked with me to exchange for the correct size, including pickup of the old and delivery of the new. Great customer service is all too uncommon these days, but much appreciated.”

“Was there for electrical supplies. Struggled to find what I wanted. I'm not 100% on this next statement, but it seems to me that HD has less electrical components that Lowe's. I could be wrong, maybe it's that HD has their stuff spread across multiple aisles and Lowe's electrical is pretty much just in one aisle. I don't know, that's just how it felt. Take it with a grain of salt.”
