“RJR Radiator saved the day!I had a new radiator installed recently by my home shop, and on our first trip out of town it started leaking antifreeze and the engine was running hot. I was able to limp to the downtown Cincinnati area where we had arrangements to stay for 2 nights. We searched google for radiator repair shops and after reading reviews we settled on RJR.We called RJR first thing the next morning to make sure they could get us in the same day, then arranged for AAA to tow our vehicle there.After the tow, our SUV was in RJR‘s hands around 10AM.Jeff and Joe took great care of our vehicle. They communicated throughout the day regarding the status. We lucked out and the (new) radiator was fine, but the hoses were not hooked up properly, and one hose needed replaced. After they made the proper connections they pressurized the radiator and discovered the water pump was failing. They were able to locate a new water pump and repressurized the system by about 4PM. We picked it up around 5PM and the rest of our trip continued on as planned with no other car trouble!Jeff and Joe went over everything that they did to our SUV and had some photographs of the problems they found.We are very grateful of the quality of the work and their willingness to complete such a high quality repair in a timely manner!These guys are great! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!”

“I called RAD yesterday looking for help getting keys to an ARE truck cab. Sam gave me her recommendations on what I needed to do to get the correct key ordered. About 15 minutes later she called me back and asked me to come up to their shop in Erlanger, she had a bunch of keys that we could go through to try and find a match. We were able to find a match and save me a lot of time and money! Sam did not have to call me back and go through the hassle but she did.
