They did at one time and now they don’t. Cannot make a deposit unless the bank is open and that can be inconvenient.”

Even after moving to different places, this is my main bank. Always friendly staff. They are as fast as bankers can be dealing with all kinds of transactions. Would recommend.”
“I've been a member for decades - when they were just the Christ Hospital Credit Union. I have been in the office when they were slammed with lunch rush or early morning during shift change. They may look anxious and worn at those times, but they are quite professional in their dealing with us. I don't know where the bad reviewer was when they had such poor customer service! THEY probably got off on the wrong side of the bed that morning! Everyone has been very nice to me, if they can't answer a question, they refer me to someone who will know my answers or work through the issue with me later.”

Had my auto loan with TPCU which at the time, the rate was amazing! Though rates have gone up everywhere, they still seem to be fairly low compared to most places. Online banking has improved with their new system. Some new faces but the service is still great!”

“Rates are good, not great. People are great. Love the 4% checking. Hate the Platinum VISA - generous credit line, low APR, way too aggressive with fraud protection. Card is shut down frequently when using it for online purchases.”

“I switched from GE credit union. Don't believe the tv commercials about GE credit union. They are very selective about who they help and who qualify for certain loans. They will loan you money for a car. Minorities have problems getting other types of loans. I was a member over 30 years with my wife and we had a helluva time getting a 10K loan for home improvement.”
