“The store is bright and clean and the items have decent prices. The aisles were a bit small for two carts to fit through.The restroom was slightly dirty, but not disgusting. I'd give the restroom 3/5 on cleanliness.”
“I did not expect to get incredible customer service at Big Lots but I was wrong. Grant spent 30 minutes explaining everything I needed to know about mattresses. He then helped my mom buy a bistro table. It seems like most employees of other stores are annoyed when you ask for help. Not here - the employees here including Grant seemed genuinely happy to help us.”

“I came in here to buy a new desk for my mom, and I was so lucky to have Chris help me. Chris went way beyond the call of duty, not only showing me all of the available desks, but also helping me with the discount that I had asked him about. Chris was so pleasant, caring, and dedicated, and he even personally carried my new desk out to my car. I'll make sure to go back to Chris any time I need more furniture!
We stopped by at Big Lots again, and Chris greeted us with a cheerful smile and helped us again with buying more furniture. He was patient as we found the right coupon, and he gave us a lot of good advice. We then came back with our truck to pick to pick up our furniture, and we got there right when they closed. But sweet Chris waved to us and went and brought out our furniture to us - even after they were closed. I wish everyone were like Chris!”
“it was quiet and well organized here. good selection of outdoor furniture and snacks. the pet section was a little dry but we found something our cats love and use every day for a really good price. the cashier was super kind as well and made good small talk that didn't feel forced or robotic.”
“I went in to purchase a couch that they did not have all the pieces to at Fairfield location. Fairfield location told me Princeton Pike location had everything so I headed that way for I wanted same day delivery. Since I had just moved to Fairfield, I recieved in the mail a 20% off for the Fairfield location. Kimra (the Manager at Princeton Pike) honored the 20% even though it was for a different store. She is extremely kind and thourough. Even though it is a longer drive I will shop this store just for Kimra.”

“Compliment and thanks to Mahlia, a sales clerk for her time and compassion. While I was looking through a sale rack of cloths, I felt my ring slip off. This ring was special, because it belonged to my grandmother. I was frantically looking for it. I even crawled across the floor. Mahalia, who was putting out stock saw me and kindly asked if she could help. She even moved the racks. She finally found my ring, which has fallen into ta pockets.I blessed her and offered her a reward. She would not rake anything but my thanks. I am so thankful for her help. And taking the time and extra effort to help me. Coodos to her kindness.”

“The cleanest family dollar (or frankly dollar store) that I’ve seen in all my time in Ohio and Kentucky. Organized, well lit, clean, the staff was helpful and the people who were shopping were even nice (which is none of their business but I had a nice experience). Alexandra helped me at checkout, she was great, and the guy in front of me said “on a scale of 1-10 I give her an 11”. I have zero complaints it was a great time. I’m sure I’ll be back.”
“This place is FABULOUS from start to finish...I've been going regularly since they opened and the team there is always flawless. They are so helpful and kind, and the store is always clean and organized despite heavy shopping and a massive amount of inventory.Cheaper than TJ's or Marshalls, and way more relaxed of an atmosphere.”

“Shoutout to Mitch and the furniture department! Amazing customer service and hospitality. Walked in with two tasks: Get a Fouton couch for cheap, and get a grill for a good deal. Mitch guided us to both and helped us take care of getting propane for the tank as well. Got two amazing deals you literally could not get anywhere else including Amazon. Will be recommending my friends to this location for their move in needs!”
“Always loved dollar tree & this store is nice, just really disappointed they first raised the price to $1.25, and then recently added a whole section in the back that goes up to $5!!!!! I have not bought a single thing from that section, as a protest. This is ridiculous. Can’t we just have dollar tree back, plain and simple. Otherwise, still so so grateful this place exists.”

“We came here specifically because read online that this was the 2nd largest Dollar Tree in the US, however we did not get that experience at all when we walked in. It is about the same size as our Dollar Tree on the other side of Cincinnati and the items were the same.However, it is clean and bright and the employees are kind. I am giving this a 4 star review because it was okay, no complaints, just not wow or a knock my socks off experience to warrant a 5 star review.”
“$$ Tree is always a hot or miss on the seasonal stuff. But the things garentee to have. Like battery candles or all shapes, sizes, glow in dark sticks, fake flowers, etc; those are great , fast pick up. & cheaper than big box stores. & they have tons of balloons to pick from . CHEAPER than the other bigger stores.”

Just be patient with the employees because this is a busy location but once you get the know the team, the service you will get is definitely worth it!!!”

“It's just like any other Family Dollar location throughout the country. This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.”
