On my visit there, Neil was exceptional at helping me decide on bone china plates for my hutch. Very knowledgeable of the products and also provided insights of areas to visit while on our trip”
“The store was great. The item I purchased was a Lionel crane car that needs to be repaired. If I had more time and money I would have brought more stuff. There is always good stuff here for good prices.”

“My wife and I went there today to pick out tile for two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a furnace room. Chris D. and Kaylen took very good care of us. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us as it took quite a while for us to make our decisions. On top of that the price for all four rooms was less than $900 which was much less than what we had anticipated. A very good overall experience and we will be back.”
“I cannot go into this store without finding something for myself or someone else. Wonderfully curated so nothing is average. It's amazing for gifts!!! Everything there is handmade, which I love. I've gotten clothing, planters, casserole & serving platters, artwork, stickers, journals, cards...so far. There's a small parking lot in back but I find it easier to park on the street, (there's been plenty of room anytime I've gone). It's a must visit for me when I visit Cincinatti. I wish all local shops were this cool & friendly.”

“I love this store because of the atmosphere and how welcoming it feels. I have been there many times just in the past year because they have so many different things you can look for. Every birthday that has come up, the first place I visit is Bizarre Bazaar because I know I can find something for everyone. My family loves to stop by every so often and I find myself leaving with something new every time because of how many things they have that I didn’t know I wanted. One day in particular, my mom and I were shopping for my younger cousins for Christmas and we found them both the most perfect presents and I also decided to get something for myself as well as I found many things I knew I would come back for for future presents.”
“Absolutely phenomenal experience at the framing department at Hobby Lobby, Springdale location—Ginger deserves serious recognition! After frustrating visits to multiple Hobby Lobby and Michaels locations—where one took over an hour and even had a computer crash—Ginger handled everything immediately and flawlessly.
I found a frame that perfectly matched one I purchased ten years ago, and she helped me select border materials that matched perfectly. Ginger then told me to browse and she'd have everything done in about ten minutes—WOW!! I wasn't expecting That!
Her professionalism, speed, and attention to detail were outstanding. I even asked if she was the manager—she said no. I told her she absolutely should be. Customer service above and beyond! Well Done Ginger*****”

The Sacksteder team was so helpful and took a great deal of time explaining the difference in the materials to find the best fit for our dining room needs and comfort for our members. Due to this experience we have added some lamps and accessories from Sacksteders to touch up outdated areas.”

“I just had a gas fireplace installed yesterday by Bromwell's. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, friendly and efficient. I have already recommended them to several friends. Sam was knowledgeable and kind, answering all of my questions and sending me videos as I have a broken foot and could not get to the showroom right away. Jacob came out to install, did a beautiful job, and was also knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say enough about how great this experience was. Thank you Sam and Jacob and Bromwells!”
