“I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.

So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.

I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.

Today, I explained to Tom on t he phone that I just got out of the hospital and haven’t been working due to medical issues so money was tight but I have a light that stays on when the car shuts off on my climate control and wasn’t sure if it’s a dire need to have fixed and if he could tell me if I need to make an appointment to get it fixed or not.

He told me to bring it to the shop and he’d assess the situation for me without charge. And it turned out to be nothing critical. Most companies would have charged me 100 dollars just for that and I’d been out of grocery money when the light was nothing needing fixed. They helped me without charging that fee this time because they are compassionate caring people and that is almost unheard of these days which is one reason I like to come here. They are caring people and have always done excellent work for me since coming here in January of this year.

“My 2010 Chevy Equinox required extensive work. The undercarriage had been heavily damaged when the two passenger side wheels encountered a deep hole. The service took a day and a half, which I thought was good considering the amount of work that had to be completed. Their shuttle service made it extremely easy for me to drop off and pickup my vehicle. The case manager for my repairs, Kevin, was a fine young man who was professional and courteous. Upon finding out I am a veteran, he was able to secure a small discount on the total cost for me. Overall, it was a great experience. My vehicle runs quieter, as a lot of rattles and shaking were eliminated by the repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Dave Gill if my vehicle requires further service.”

“A “CAT-Tastic” Crew!!! On this dreary day, I started my car and headed off to take care of a family member. Two hours later, as I was driving to the grocery store, I heard a noise under my car that resembled the sound of an animal in distress. When I arrived in the store's parking lot, the sound was piercing. I looked throughout my car to find where the noise was coming from and called various agencies for assistance, but none was available. Determined, I drove to McCombe Body Shop which was nearest to the grocery store and I spoke to a worker named Nathan who agreed to help me. A car detailer named Chris found and removed a kitten that had been stuck for at least 3 hours between a panel under my!! McCombe's Body Shop payment charge was a promise to find a home for the kitten. I was relieved of my stress and filled with “tears of joy!!!” It couldn't get any better than that!! Thank you for your compassion , help and teamwork!”

“My son introduced me to the brand and I fell in love with it after reluctantly trying it. I was a die hard Meguiars fan.

Being a female I’m not “into” cars like most guys and I don’t want to spend hours cleaning or detailing my Cadi. I live on a dirt road and my car needs cleaned often; honestly every time I drive down the road. Therefore, I need something that doesn’t require a lot of work and time and Jax wax is the perfect answer.

The products do all of the work, honestly. I get the same results and most times better than I got with Meguiars with very minimum effort. That was the selling point for me; time and effort.

There is minimum hand washing with their wash and wax (red) but if I use the cannon soap (purple) I do absolutely no hand washing. The dirt and grime just melts off of the car with the foam. I also use both the Hawaiian shine which is awesome as well as the body shine detail spray (purple) when I just hose my car down to remove the dust and give it a pick me up without having to wash the car.

I absolutely despise cleaning my rims but the Jax Ultimate wheel cleaner takes all of my dread away. It changes colors from yellow to purple as it eats away the dirt and grime.

I could go on and on about the products but I won’t. I’d recommend you try them for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I’m also a customer service fanatic. I don’t care how good products are if the customer service sucks I will not purchase anything.

Last week I was headed to the Jax Wax location in Columbus near the airport. I was racing against rush hour traffic and the store closing at 5 when the 670 traffic came to a complete stop when I was 9 minutes from the store. No problem, I thought as it was only 4:15. I still had time. Wrong! There was an accident. I was finally able to get off of the freeway but I had no clue how to get to the location and the navigation kept trying to put me back onto 670. I called the store and spoke to a young man who tried to navigate me to the store. I’ve forgotten his name but he lived in Delaware and wasn’t really familiar with the area that I was driving in but he stayed on the phone with me trying to get me to the store. When I thought we had it figured out we hung up. Still nervous I called my son. I was headed in the right direction with only a few minutes until closing time. I don’t like to make people wait on me or stay past their quitting time so I floored it. Here’s the cherry on top of the situation. I didn’t need to risk a speeding ticket because the young man said he’d stay open past closing if he needed to until I got the products I needed. That’s above and beyond customer service. I was headed to the Carolina’s the next day and needed the products that day; Friday.

As I was leaving I asked his name because I knew I had to write this review. Unfortunately life got a hold on me and I’m writing this review later than intended and I’ve forgotten his name (Jason maybe) but I’ll never forget the gesture. Mr. Delaware thank you so much for your commitment to Jax Wax and for your diligence in assisting me. You are the epitome of how customer service should look.”
