“The 2 gentlemen who put our refrigerator in on September 11th, were amazing! They were kind, polite and very professional!
We deeply appreciated that we could communicate with them and have no language barrier.
Our first delivery didn't go as well. The three appliances were dropped off outside on our deck.My husband was told they deliver and to call Lowes for help. They cost over $10,000. We were glad it didn't rain much from August 29-September 11.
My 72 year old husband got the microwave and stove in out of the weather, once he got a dauly and my his daughter to help. He couldn't get the refrigerator so I called Lowes for assistance. Everything is now in the house and being used.
We are thankful for the men who carried that huge refrigerator through our door!”

“These guys were lifesavers! While moving ourselves from out of state in a U-Haul, we decided to hire some help at our destination in Columbus. The two of them took only an hour to unload all of our furniture and boxes (you need to hire them for a minimum of two hours though I believe) at a very reasonable price considering how much help they were! It would have taken my husband and I hours to do it ourselves, especially since there were stairs involved! It was the best decision we made during a long and exhausting move.”

“This company delivered and unpacked my household goods that hda been shipped from overseas. They did an outstanding job! Arman was the driver and he was great to work with and made sure his workers did things right. William was one of the guys on the team and he was outstanding as well. They all shook my hands and were very courtous. They put down a runner into the house and on the 2nd floor to keep my floors and carpet as clean as possible. They asked where I wanted things and were very polite about asking for ice, water, and for use of the fridge for their water or lunch. William didn't want to touch my faucet since his hands weren't clean at one point, so he asked me to turn it on so he could refill his water bottle. I was extremely impressed with their manners. They also did a good job unloading and placing boxes and furniture, making sure to move furniture by lifting instead of pushing it across the floor. One worker accidentally scraped a small spot our wall. He came to me and apologized, and the driver helped me fill out a claim form for the damage. (It was a simple fix - a little mud & paint.) (That one worker was the only one with any faults; the others were perfect.) They gave me their contact information so they could pick up the empty boxes when I was done with the ones I didn't want them to unpack. They came promptly. I HIGHLY recommend this company!”

“The online portal to reserve units was not working so I visited the office to inquire about which units are available. Chrissy was super helpful and quickly found the unit size I was looking for was still available! She gave a tour of the building and explained all in/out details very well. The facility itself is impeccably clean and well kept. There’s free parking for customers at the side entrance and the unit itself was a STEAL for a 10’x5’ unit. If you’re in the downtown area I highly recommend as you absolutely cannot beat the price or location!”
