“Would highly recommend using this company for moving!Getting the estimate was generally straight forward and the 2 guys that they sent, Kevin and AJ, were very efficient, friendly, and way stronger than I expected.Only room for improvement is related to the process for getting an estimate. If they could show some of the dollar estimates on the website that they show you before you request an estimate (hourly rate, price for packing supplies, fuel rate, etc.) folks can mentally guesstimate the costs and request the official estimate after that for a more exact number and details.Unfortunately it seems like the standard process for moving companies is forcing you to call to even get an idea of the numbers they are using so I don’t foresee this changing.But overall I was happy with the overall experience and will return for help in the future!”

I have moved numerous times in my life and have not encountered a company that even comes close to Move Ready! David Runyon, the owner, is very knowledgeable and provided me with personalized service for my move out of state, starting with a home visit to evaluate and provide a very affordable estimate. The day of the move he and Austin arrived on time and wrapped up and packed carefully some large antique furniture that needed special attention, loaded these and all my other items in the truck, and were off on their long journey. They arrived later the same day at their destination, unpacked the truck, and then were on their way back to Ohio! These men are incredible! Everything was delivered in perfect condition, all in a day's time! If you're looking to move across town or out of state THESE ARE THE MOVERS YOU WANT!! I would give them more stars if I could.”

From my first conversation with AIM, I felt like we would not be treated like a number, but in fact they cared about making our move as easy as possible. Joe came to our home to do a walk through and explain the process. I own a lot of artwork under glass. The packers and movers could not have done a better job. Everything arrived safely. They worked their butts off and did an amazing job!!!To be honest, I was nervous because their price was 1/4-1/2 of what I was quoted by other companies. I even had one company say, well our prices aren't the cheapest, but our service is great, as if this company wouldn't be. They were so wrong!!!The other companies charge you hourly and add TONS of fees. Goodfast4cheap (Thrifty) doesn't. What you are quoted is what you pay. We are now loyal customers for life!!!Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job and making moving so much easier!!! I cannot say enough how impressed my family is!”

“The facility is very nice—clean, easy to access, secure, and nice restrooms.My only complaints—somebody was running a business out of the first unit right where everybody enters. Sometimes a group of 4 or 5 people would gather there with their storage door open, crowding the area in front of the elevators. Additionally, during the peak of the pandemic, none of them wore masks. This created an awkward and uneasy feeling for me when accessing my unit.My second complaint is likely not unique to Tri-Village—our prices went up at least twice in the brief time we were there. In addition, they initiated a requirement that each customer hold insurance for their unit. If we had not acquired it on our own, they would have provided the insurance and sent me the additional fee. I just don’t like the idea of people getting into a situation where they rely on a storage unit, then get forced into higher and higher payments. In my experience, the storage unit slowly built up and it was not easy to come up with a plan to exit. My inclination is that storage facilities know this, and take advantage of it. Just a gut feeling. I wont be getting another storage unit without a clear plan of exit prior to entering the agreement.”

Today I ended our storage because we no longer need the space and canceling it was very simple through text messages. Whole process done within minutes.”

“We had Budd move us locally. I will admit that we thought we had everything packed up, but we didn't. We were stressed and in over our heads. John our driver showed up and calmed me down by saying, "dont worry, we got this". They packed the remaining items and over the next few days they moved 20 years of stuff and memories to our new house. Not one thing was damaged. In the new house nothing was scuffed, dinged or damaged. All of our stuff was perfectly in tact. All the glass from the china cabinet was perfect as well. We could not be more pleased.
