And we were prepared to take a loss on some items during the move. Nope. Perfection. I can go on and on. These guys are great. Friendly, hard working, fast. Tip them well! They deserve it all. “This company delivered and unpacked my household goods that hda been shipped from overseas. They did an outstanding job! Arman was the driver and he was great to work with and made sure his workers did things right. William was one of the guys on the team and he was outstanding as well. They all shook my hands and were very courtous. They put down a runner into the house and on the 2nd floor to keep my floors and carpet as clean as possible. They asked where I wanted things and were very polite about asking for ice, water, and for use of the fridge for their water or lunch. William didn't want to touch my faucet since his hands weren't clean at one point, so he asked me to turn it on so he could refill his water bottle. I was extremely impressed with their manners. They also did a good job unloading and placing boxes and furniture, making sure to move furniture by lifting instead of pushing it across the floor. One worker accidentally scraped a small spot our wall. He came to me and apologized, and the driver helped me fill out a claim form for the damage. (It was a simple fix - a little mud & paint.) (That one worker was the only one with any faults; the others were perfect.) They gave me their contact information so they could pick up the empty boxes when I was done with the ones I didn't want them to unpack. They came promptly. I HIGHLY recommend this company!”

“I use this place to store my 41-foot Class A Motorhome, A Phaeton Tiffin as well as my car hauler for over a year now.
The place is secured and well maintained.
When I first started doing business with Rudolph Self Storage, they just took over the place and it was a mess. Since then, they went ahead and started extensive improvement to make the place compatible with big haulers and luxury vehicle like mine.
I did not know you can do both for a self storage place, but Rudolph Self Storage has done both. I don’t see squirrels nor nocturnal animals. I have gone to the storage early in the morning and late night, of course within the known and established allowed access time.
I feel safe being in the storage area and I don’t feel creepy even when I am alone. They monitor the storage place 24/7 like a baby cradle. The place is well lit. The lamp color used is similar to those used in parking garages that deters criminal activities.
I see police patrolling the inside compound of the storage at different times.
Crystal has taken care of the place well - she is an excellent manager of the place.”
