I called to check if there was a storage space available for my 2009 Honda. When I reached her, she was in the middle of cleaning out a storage unit. Instead of making me wait or asking me to call back, she immediately stopped what she was doing, went to the computer, and helped me right away.

The only concern I have this time is the ceiling in unit 34 is damaged, however, with weather being what it has been, when I was able to go to the unit, I did see where any leakage was taking place. And the snow clearing was good.”

“I use this place to store my 41-foot Class A Motorhome, A Phaeton Tiffin as well as my car hauler for over a year now.
The place is secured and well maintained.
When I first started doing business with Rudolph Self Storage, they just took over the place and it was a mess. Since then, they went ahead and started extensive improvement to make the place compatible with big haulers and luxury vehicle like mine.
I did not know you can do both for a self storage place, but Rudolph Self Storage has done both. I don’t see squirrels nor nocturnal animals. I have gone to the storage early in the morning and late night, of course within the known and established allowed access time.
I feel safe being in the storage area and I don’t feel creepy even when I am alone. They monitor the storage place 24/7 like a baby cradle. The place is well lit. The lamp color used is similar to those used in parking garages that deters criminal activities.
I see police patrolling the inside compound of the storage at different times.
Crystal has taken care of the place well - she is an excellent manager of the place.”
