Service representative was friendly, making sure everything was correct (including the billing charges) they have a good inventory of vehicles and

We were told to return our 20 foot truck here. Brought it in early with extra gas and the guy decides we can’t leave it there and have to return it somewhere else. No phone call or text to let us know, complete dick about it as well. Pretty on brand for guys who work at UHAUL unfortunately.
