“Penske Gahanna fix my big rig trackor in one day, my truck had exposed wires from the wire harness, going to transmission to motor to def system, all wires going to computer. I had gone to several Penske garages , San Diego Penske never really got into a deep dive to find the source of the problem, salt lake City Utah Penske , were the first ones to find part of the problem, but didn't check for more exposed wires from the wire harness, which led to malfunctioning in Ohio, but so far no problems , great job Penske of Gahanna Ohio ?, the service department personal were helpful and courteous, thank you so much from legacy transportation systems truck driver.”

“This is a great location and Tom’s place U haul services is great. I did the reservation on the app and in less than 30 mins was there to pick up the truck. He was quick and explained everything to me. The truck was clean and working great. The only issue is that a 15 ft truck should have a rear view camera to facilitate reverse which was lacking in my truck. Other than that, great services”

“Visiting Dec 4, 23 at 1 PM. Guy helping me check out with boxes and supplies was super helpful! Never got a name from him but I liked him. His supervisor though, wearing a light blue shirt (also never got a name) was INCREDIBLY rude to him. She is a terrible supervisor who, from my five minutes in the store, verbally berated him in front of a customer non stop and kept saying “IM A SUPERVISOR. DONT WORRY ABOUT ME I CAN SAY WHAT I WANT TO YOU”. Really bad look on her part and I feel bad for the nice guy who checked me out.”

“Arrived about 1600 on a Friday to deal with a DEF derate on a 2020 VNL 860. Great checkin process, the night counter person took great notes about what the truck was doing, then we walked out to the truck and he scanned all the fault codes. With that he was transparent about the number of trucks in line ahead of me and it might not be till Monday as they're closed Sundays. We go back in so I can sign some paper work and he then gives me the tour of the break room, vending machines, fridges for your takeout leftovers, microwave and driver lounge with good seating and a flat screen tele. Not the Taj Majal but way better than most shops I've had the misfortune of sitting in. Small amenities have such a big impact. WiFi and free coffee yall. IYKYK.I slept in their lot overnight, hit the driver lounge Saturday morning and settled in for what I expected would be a days long OOS. About 1300 a tech pops in, and hands me my keys and says I'm GTG and says I can do a road test to run a few miles to get smokes.Can I get a hallelujah !?!?I was worried about losing four days of work, and as I'm a lease driver so was also very concerned about taking a hit in the wallet, but they worked the warranty magic and it was covered.”
