If your going to have a self service kiosk then the least you guys can do is get the stupid machine worked on. Been like a month that every time I try to use it for mailing packages always pops up unavailable. I go to lots of Post Offices with the kiosks no problems but this one is always down & out.

I just want to call out a fellow named Shamad at the West Chester, Ohio post office. He was the most helpful, kind, and professional fellow I've ever talked to at the post office. He helped me track down important mail that was delivered to another resident's mailbox in my apartment community. He checked with me three days in a row and came out and put notes in other mailboxes to figure out where the missing mail went. I'm grateful poor people like Shamad and his dedication to customer service.

I always have a great experience at USPS. The staff is super friendly and helpful every time I go. If you need to get a passport, just a heads up that it’s by appointment only, so make sure you book ahead. Overall, I really appreciate the service they provide — always reliable and with a smile!

They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating. The people who work the front desk is very rude and very unprofessional , very rude to me and a friend of mine… I think I’ll avoid this place at all cost from here on out , the weird guy that works at the front desk threw things back at us. And having others around laughing wasn’t okay either.
Avoid this place at all cost

Went for a passport employees where not helpful of wanting to send off the paperwork (prefilled may I add). They therefore told us to go to DMV Title office. Which turned out to have much better service then a federal funded post office. Just hard to get good service.

Went in for my passport application because it said they take walk-ins from 10am-11:30 am online. The guy at the counter said he didn’t have anyone to help, which is fine, but he was very rude. He could have been more polite and handled the situation a lot better than he did. I think the website should be updated if they don’t have anyone to help out especially if it says they take walk-ins.

Absolutely impressed with this post office! I was helped in a timely matter, with a choice of agents ready to assist. And later when I had a question and called back, they ANSWERED the phone! This never happens at other post office locations I have tried to call. My question was answered quickly and efficiently. In the future, I will use this post office location exclusively. Thank you!

Purchased a "priority mail" service envelope (1-3 business days throughout continental US, other than HI or AK) for a parcel travelling 95 miles from Cincinnati to Columbus. It took 3 days to deliver. Wasted $9.85...

Extremely rude. From the moment, I said hello the front counter lady acted like I was there to personally annoy her by giving her work to do. I would pay money to give less than a one star.

My wife and I had an appointment for a passport this morning. They left a voicemail just before 9am that their camera was broken and unable to take pictures. We would need to go somewhere else prior to our appointment to get the passport photo before our appointment at 10:15. I didn’t receive the message until 9:15 when I got home because I was in the middle of taking my kids to school when she called. We left right away to get our photos taken at Walgreens. It took almost an hour and we walked in the post office at 10:26am. Was told very rudely by the postal worker that she wouldn’t help us because we were late and she had another appointment at 10:45. Explained we were late because we had stopped to get pictures printed as instructed on the voicemail and that it shouldn’t take as long anyway since she didn’t have to take any pictures, our appointment was for 30 minutes so we were still in our timeframe. She continually talked over us loudly and very clearly had no intention of even attempting to help us. She said that wasn’t her problem and that she had given us ample time to do it by calling right before 9 and that this was our own fault. We asked how long has the camera been down and she said oh it’s been down for weeks. I said ample time would have been calling us the day before. Her name was Bev. If she had been kind or considerate at all, we may have left feeling differently, but her terrible attitude has left a bad taste in our mouth concerning this branch of the post office.
