We wanted to get in queue if we were to order (which we ultimately did). Thus we called the Strongsville Ohio store. Laurie was very friendly and helpful. She texted me pictures of the leather colors available, explained features and ultimately ordered the furniture for us. She did as much for us as if we were in the showroom and we accomplished, long distance, what we needed done.”

“Our experience was great! Justin was very professional as he worked with us. He greeted us when we arrived, and then gave us ample time to look around and try different recliners out until we were ready to talk. He then answered our questions and assisted us in picking out the fabrics. Then he wrote up the order and reviewed each item with us to make sure everything was correct. All in all it was great service and a great price as they were having a Presidents Day sale!”

I was greeted by Ashley who was very pleasant and was very helpful in helping me, with no pressure to sell, get the best merchandise for what I was looking for. She asked me what I was looking for, my colors, what room I was designing and what I was trying to accomplish. The entire staff was nice and helpful. I’ll specifically call out Clark for proactively checking in with me, making sure I trusted the 60-day return policy….and when I got the entire thing assembled and realized I wanted different covers….he helped me execute the return. I think at least 1/4 of my wardrobe comes from this store!The folks who work there are helpful and friendly, and I often ask for their opinion when trying on clothes.
