“Moved to the neighborhood recently. When I walk my dog, she insists on walking by this store. She has even trained an employee to drop a treat through the mail slot for her. I buy all treats, toys, and food there and she gets groomed there as well. So grateful I moved so close by.”

“I ordered for my daughter's quinceanera. She wanted a fairly simple heart shaped cake and I could not find ANYONE who could help me. I called 6 different places! I called Three Willows and she assured me she could get it done and she did! The cake was so pretty and I also ordered a sheet cake for 50 people. There was barely any leftover. Everyone raved about how delicious it was! I will definitely be using her for my future parties. Highly recommend!!”

“I visited Grateful Dog Bakery today for a natural flee product for our dogs. They are the only store I gave been able to find this product, so I feel fortunate they are close to home. Grateful Dog Bakery is located in Mill Creek Plaza . The plaza has plenty of parking and is easily accessible. The bakery has a nice selection of fresh baked treats for your dog. The also have a full selection of dog food, cat food, leashes, toys, etc. Staff has always been helpful and is there to answer questions. It os fun to browse and bring dog a treat.”

“Brought my dog in for a $10 nail trim and was charged $15. The man said because the groomer preferred to grind down, rather than cut my dogs nail, I would have to pay more. No one wants surprise charges. Any recommendations on groomers that stick with their quoted prices? I won't go back there.”

“UPDATE: I received a call from Kevin regarding my review and the experience we had. He apologized and offered to compensate some of my order. Thankfully everything was taken care of and apologies expressed both ways. Thank you Kevin & Pet Supplies Plus. ORIGINAL: Currently sitting in front of the store. My fiancé and I drove here to pick up the dog food I ordered online as our 3 labs are out. Of course between work and the 8 inches of snow that came down, we came as soon as we could. We arrived at 8:55pm and upon pulling up it was clear the store was already closed, despite their hours being until 9pm and no note on the door to notify customers of the early closing. My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the door and the two employees in the store proceeded to ignore him. So I called the store to say we were here for a pick up and I watched the female employee laugh as she and her male coworker ignored the phone as well. I even flashed my brights to get their attention and my fiancé went to the door again and knocked. They both proceeded to hide from view and behind shelves to avoid us. I'm extremely upset with this store. We were here before close and literally just needed to be handed our dog food, but we were ignored, laughed at and even mocked. So now we have to go home after wasting time and gas and make our dogs some dinner because two employees couldn't be bothered to stay open until their posted time and decided it was better to pretend like we didn't exist. I will contemplate spending my money on dog food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus.”

“This review is long overdue...John the manager of the store is an absolute class act. I purchased flys (6-7 months ago) and discovered I was overcharged (3x) on them. I didn' t have the receipt but they found me in the system. Told me they would refund me or to come down and said they would take care of me. They certainly gave me a full customer service experience and made sure I was made whole and then some. No hassle. I like supporting this store because I see John at a lot of fundraising and awareness events. I'm still not a 100% Orvis gear guy (I'm too nerdy and picky with my fly equipment) but would consider switching simply because of the culture they and good-vibe environment they have at the shop. Kudos!!!”

“Whether it store staff or grooming staff, everyone is friendly. Today my almost 15 year old dog went to Becca in grooming. She was really sweet to her. Got her in and out quickly so it would be easier. She was really relaxed after. Great job. Here are before and after photos. I'll definitely be using Becca and the grooming department again. Also Gabby who was kind when I talked to her on the phone and walked me through exactly what was needed. Great staff!”

“I go to Lakewood and see Mark for nail trimmings. My dog is a Chihuahua mix and is terrified of having her nails done. She screams the whole time and Mark is always gentle with her regardless of her yelling and wiggling. He has a beautiful Chihuahua himself so he understands her fear. He is great with dogs and is saving me $100 a month on having the vet put her under to do them. Plus she doesn't have to go under every 4 weeks. He is always willing to work her in when schedules are tight and is very personable. I am so grateful for him!”

“This store is great, the grooming salon is top notch. I had the best experience here after a horrible one in Middleburg heights. Emily was able to clip all the nails for my dog when he has trust issues after the Middleburg heights store did him in. I don't trust myself to clip nails so this is my go to, she has then since left the store to start her own salon but it seems like every groomer here is decent. There was a guy before that my dog loved and I wish he was still here. My dog was happy and energetic after each groom!”

“I've struggled with my dogs nails for years because they grow so fast, and I was having them trimmed almost every three weeks at the vet. Brianna has made it possible for her to make it almost 5 weeks between nail trims, which is such a lifesaver because car rides are stressful. When we move further SW, I'll still go out of my way for the grooming at this shop. It's obvious that the employees here care about you, your dog and your experience in the store. I highly recommend shopping here.”

“Came in on 4/30/23 to use their dog bath not realizing the baths close an hour before the store closes. An extremely nice worker, I believe her name was Adriana, let us use the bath despite it already being closed for the night. We come here all the time after our long muddy hikes to bathe our dog and it’s so convenient. Plus you can’t beat the price! Thanks so much Pet Supplies Plus Westlake! And a special thanks to the wonderful worker who allowed us a bath today after our hike in the Metro Parks.”

“I took my precious doodle here for a haircut and because of the reviews I had a groomer named "Brittany S" groom her I was so scared to allow someone near her after her last groom. Somewhere else. Brittany was so sweet and caring towards my 2 year old doodle. She called me with updates and I got her a nice spa day. The total came out to $118 which is less then our old groomer which we LOVE and her haircut was better as well. We did notice that TIPS were only in cash so we did bring that as well as her rabies paperwork. I will only allow her to touch my babies from now on.”

So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. I am sorry I replied and you thought I was rude for just asking you to confirm you got the tracking no. I did not do anything wrong, but you blame me for what You ordered.
