“I've ordered mulch and firewood from them. The mulch was fine. Very good quality and I'm very happy with it. The firewood came covered in mud and was very wet. Not seasoned. Further, there were many large pieces that weren't split, this is the worst firewood I've ever gotten.Edit: Kurtz called me and they made it right. I appreciate them taking accountability and doing the right thing.”

You can wander around and browse or can be helped immediately by trained, experienced staff. Unlike the big box stores, there are folks available AND knowledgeable and familiar with the store inventory. In our city, a road widening project wiped out our only hardware store and it's greatly missed.”

“Update 1/17/23: Manager Tiffany called a few hours after I picked up the part and said they realized their mistake and apologized profusely for not double-checking the order before it was picked up. She not only personally dropped off the correct part at our home that evening, but gave us a $20 gift card as well and another profuse apology. Well done! Upgraded review from 1 to 4 stars.Original review: Ordered Delta faucet cartridge for curbside pickup. Followed the pick up directions per the email. When I pulled up to the store and called them, I was left on hold for four minutes while they attempted to find my order that I had only placed three hours before that. Eventually, I simply went into the store, found out they were still trying to find it, although it was sitting in a bag right on the shelf with their other (few) pick up orders the entire time. Got home with the bag only to discover that there's nothing on this package that matches what I ordered. It was supposed to be the original Delta part, but it's an American Standard not compatible at all. I have been into the store a handful of other times over the years and never once have I ever felt like anyone in there actually wanted to help me find anything. Put up with it for expediency, living right in Avon Lake, but I think after today I am officially done. Well, after I return this part...”

The part Needed was unavailable and had to be ordered, took like 6 weeks. Once in, Puritas fixed in about 3 days. They repaired my mower and all is good. The price was reasonable and I'd use again.”
