“SMALL MOVEMENTS, BIG RESULTS!!I attended this studio for the first time and I got a free class thanks to the ClassPass App. I visited on a weekday evening in March 2023 (March 8th). Everyone was very welcoming at the front desk. I signed a waiver before class and got a pair of grip socks which the studio allowed me to borrow for free (I returned the socks back after class). BARRE CLASS -- The instructor Roni was awesome! She provided great cues/directions for all the different lifts and moves. I loved the addition of small weights, a ball, and a resistance band. I most likely won't be back for a barre class just because this type of workout isn't for me. I prefer high intensity training classes, sprints, and lifting weights. “I accidentally ended up at the wrong studio while traveling for work and wow they were great. I can’t remember the name of the instructor but she had short brown hair and was one of the hardest classes I’ve ever taken. Loved her energy and tweaks to my form and holy cow I’m sore today. Thanks for letting me join and great retail. Will visit next time I’m in the area”

Sometimes I go in looking for one thing and come home with something totally different. They have a nice selection of pictures in a lot of different sizes. You have to take your time and look at everything or you may miss something great!”

“I love selling my items here. The owner is very prompt and make a very reasonable offer each time. I appreciate her honesty. She would tell me upfront what she would take and not having me wait around for her to go through a tote full of bags. I'm not in a good place to buy anything at this time, but while I was in the store, I browsed around. They have a wide collection of all designer brands. I'd definitely come back to shop here to support the owner. I think the reselling prices are reasonable compared to other secondhand resellers out there.”

The prices are a tad higher than I like but I've always liked Athleta products a lot and they last a while. I also appreciate the fact that they usually have tall sizes in leggings. I struggle to find that at Lululemon unless it's online.”
