I stopped by after booking an appointment, arriving 15 minutes early.
I will say—if you plan to wait for your car, be prepared for a longer wait period even with an appointment ??. But honestly, I’m very happy with the service. I came in for an oil change before a 30+ hour road trip ?️, and it came WITH a tire rotation and inspection, which gave me peace of mind. ✅?
I’ve only ever heard good things about this company, and now I can say I’m glad I came. I’ll definitely return in the future for help with things I can’t do myself. ?✨

“I had gone to Rapid Wrench, as i was told by Take 5 Oil change in Medina that i needed a coolant flush ASAP. They had advised it was 149 dollars and that my coolant was black. I make an appt at Rapid Wrench as i also needed brakes. I was surprised when Rapid Wrench called and told me i did not need a coolant flush and that my car fax had reported it was already done recently. Rapid does fantastic work, their communication is excellent and my car was completed as promised for the price quoted. Highly recommend for all of your car care needs. Thank you !!”

“Almost 10 years now and I’ve never gone anywhere else!!! As a rideshare driver I go through A LOT of tires, (and I pick up so many nails along the way) and I depend on Tire Discount Depot to have the tires I’m looking for, or can get them usually same day. Buddha used his network of shops to get me a hard to find set of tires for some new rims in time for a road trip. For quick plugs or service, and new or used tires, you won’t find a better price! Thank you so much, it’s always a pleasure doing business.”
“Took my 2023 Highlander in for its one year service and check up. I was greeted by a service advisor. He listened to my requests (oil change/tire rotation/warranty issues) asked if I would wait for my car, I had a ride, left my car with him. I was called about two hours later, was explained about work done and told my car was ready. I returned, my service advisor recognized me, came to me, had me sign the paperwork, called for a rep to bring my car up, which was done promptly. My car was cleaner than when I brought it in, I visually inspected my wheels (no scratches) my car sides (no dents) I always want my vehicle returned in the condition I dropped it off in. I am a satisfied customer.”

“Caliber's repair work is perfection. The customer service is superb and always with a smile. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, clean, working condition, and I was satisfied before leaving their lot. They went over every single thing they did to repair my car. I was crushed when I was hit in a parking lot after I bought my brand new car (only 3000 miles on it!) They made things right and perfect for me and I feel so so much better. Will go back again and will refer to anyone!! They are truly the best and make sure all repairs meet dealership parameters.”

“PCS is super honest, friendly, and quick. I took my car in because I thought it was driving funny. I asked them to check the spark plugs and give it a test drive. They called me a little while later to say they could not find anything wrong with it. They offered to do a tune-up, but said that they really didn't think I needed it. They could have taken my money and ran. 1000% recommend!”
“We have serviced our Fit (90K) and Miata (30K), and always been pleased with the work. The ladies up front communicate well with us regarding the progress of the repairs, which is much appreciated. While you may have to wait a couple of days to get in, it's worth it for the quality of the service you will receive.”
