“I had the most wonderful experience yesterday afternoon at the Petitti Garden Center in Bainbridge. Kristin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even though this location didn't have a particular plant I was looking for, they had plenty of beautiful alternatives to consider. I told Kristin what kind of plants I like and she proceeded to take me around the plants and point out the ones that would be ideal for what I had in mind. It was an awesome way to learn about all the plants and new varieties I had never heard of before. She has a great personality and is very well educated on plants. She knows her stuff! “My wife and I visited the Lyndhurst store on 11/1. We were quickly greeted by the sales rep, Clark, who walked us through everything there was to know about Lovesac and the system. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly helpful. He made sure to put us as ease by reminding us that there was no sales commission, that he was really there to help us feel at ease considering the price of the couches. After walking us through everything and giving us a few quotes, we left basically knowing that any future furniture store trips would not be necessary, that Lovesac was the right choice.
We order our two Lovesac couches on 11/3 and they were delivered on 11/7, just about a week after leaving the store.
Long story short, great couch, easy assembly, and we are happy with our purchase, and this was all primarily driven by the fantastic service we got from Clark at this location. Thanks again Clark, we really appreciate your help!”

“I had a fantastic experience with this rental company during my recent trip to Cleveland. I was in town for a week to undergo surgery and begin my initial recovery, and they made the process incredibly smooth.
They arranged to deliver a recliner to my hotel, timed perfectly for shortly after I checked in. The team handled the setup efficiently and worked with us to schedule a convenient pickup before checkout.
Every person I interacted with—both on the phone and in person—was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. The delivery and pickup crew were especially great.
