“I find the help to be quite distant in attitude, but, then again, a lot of customers in this high end store are pretty arrogant and condescending.
Some of the products are excellent, often with mutiple items from which to choose. The vegetable and fruit departments frequently hold less-than-fresh produce. Overall, a good-but-overpriced store.”
“Only the best meats cut by a butcher. Great deli with sandwiches made to order. Frozen items including pies and soup. Don't miss the pepperoni and reuben bread. Limited specialties throughout the store. You'll love their homemade sausage ?.”
“Love TJ's!❤? I always feel welcome and treated with respect when I visit TJs. The workers try hard to locate products, and the check-out ppl are friendly. Recently, one employee gave me me a bouquet of TJs flowers when he saw I was having a rough day. The food items are consistently high quality, affordable, and often not found anywhere else I shop.”
“What more needs to be said? Classic Italian import store, wonderful selection, great deli. Cold italian sub with a lemon soda and a cannoli is a must-have. I could wander up and down the aisles all day.”
“Cleanest, kindest, groceries , beautiful flowers, yummy soups , breads, chicken , sushi,
Delicious bakery items.
You will walk in with a thought if wow.
And walk out with a thought of .
I'll be back .
Everything for years that I bought here.
Is YUMMY.”
“I like this little store as they carry a lot of different products. It's very clean, neat and orderly. It used to be very close for me as I worked around the corner, but now that I've retired, it's half an hour away from me. The prices tend to be higher then one of the larger Asian grocery stores in Cleveland. Some of the produce is in larger bundles which makes it expensive for a single person living on a fixed income. I was surprised by the owner's reaction when I asked for a smaller package of baby bok choy. I felt like she thought I was being ridiculous. I usually spend at least $30-$40 every time I come here. I always buy a big jar of kimchi and other staples.”
“This place is so far above and beyond any other grocery store it's not even close. I went to the Deli Counter yesterday looking for 6 Ribeyes. 5 were left in the glass display, meaning he had to go in the back and cut a fresh one. Instead of giving me the one extra, this man cut 6 fresh out of the freezer without me asking him to do so. It's customer service like this that makes this Heinen's stand out. Also their kindness is always appreciated.”
“The Heinen’s location in Brecksville, Ohio, is distinguished for its exceptional layout and design. This store is renowned for offering a wide array of high-quality delicacies suitable for various occasions, making it a top choice for shoppers.”
“The Heinen's on Green Rd is our very favorite grocery store! It's an old family business. There are always plenty of friendly, knowledgeable employees stocking shelves, and they're happy to answer questions. The produce is the best anywhere around - WAY better than the local Giant Eagle stors and even better than Whole Foods. Organic vegetables are available. They sell dry-aged steaks, which are the most delicious, tender steaks you can find in our area. Very nice meat and seafood department. Very nice bakery, as well.
The only negative thing about Heinen's is their PRICES for meat, vegetables, household items, crackers, cookies, soft drinks (always sky high), name-brand canned goods, bread, ethnic food, frozen goods, etc. I generally buy those things at Marcs, Target, or Walmart. Heinen's does have good sales when you can catch them, and Heinen's brand of canned goods and dairy are generally equivalent to name brands. We always check their weekly sale brochure for deals, and sometimes you save extra if you have a store savings card. When we get home and look at the sales receipt, we try to remember that we're supporting a well-regarded business in our little city and their excellent employees. You get what you pay for.”
“GFS is always clean and well-organized, which makes shopping quick and easy. The aisles are neat, and they offer a wide variety of food products to choose from. However, when it comes to canned goods, it would be great to see more small-size can options available. Prices also feel a little on the higher side compared to other stores. Overall, a good shopping experience with room for small improvements.”
“Like family. Getting really pricy. Median price is 7.99. But. This is my FavoritE grocery store. I know where everything is. I don't get tired walking. Great produce.”
“Excellent store, clean layout. But no go on Monday as the produce aisles are empty.Best time to shop here is Wednesday to Sunday.Moderately priced and a great addition to the neighbourhood”
“I am always more than happy with my purchases! I shop for all holidays or dinners for my family at Peppers.. I am a senior citizen, so I have limited income. I can assure you that any price difference compared to big box stores are and have always been more than worth it! Money well spent....”
“I'm can't we can't. I'm in myself interview at 12 o'clock on Tuesday PM afternoon and I've been looking forward to meet 50-year-old guys that works there and ladies. That's been there for a long time. And trained me to do something that I'd like to do. Something new, there's a few new, not cashiering, only bad game and other things to do stock it upset, I'm Cathy camp. Nice to meet you.
Everyone who are in Heinz, Twinsburg.”
“We love the prices, quality, and convenience. They have most of the basic groceries - produce, breads, dairy, meats, seafood, canned goods, beer & wine, and more - at lower prices than the other stores. They also have several sections of specialty items - housewares, toys, clothing, etc. - that changes regularly. You never know what you might find. Bring a quarter to unlock the shopping cart (you'll get it back) and bring your own bags. The employees are friendly and helpful. It isn't a superstore, so there are a few items you won't find there - that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But for the money, you're better off getting most of what's on your list at Aldi's.”
“We stumbled upon Heinen’s one evening when we were looking for a grocery story in Chagrin Falls. What a charming place! They have delicious food to order, as well as wine and beer to buy by the glass. They also sell Harney and Sons loose leaf tea. What a treat!”
“Excellent selection of European food.
Always fresh and delicious hot dishes to take home for a ready to eat dinner, big variety of salads. Friendly and helpful stuff.”
“I was having trouble getting a long standing prescription refilled due to low reimbursement from the pbm that Medical Mutual uses. Drug mart had refused to fill it any further. However when I explained this was the last refill, it is actually the taper off dose. If a diabetic stops glp 1 drugs suddenly it can cause serious problems. They filled it. Thank you- pharmacy department.
Sincerely, Al Hendricks”

“Aldi is famous for it’s unique brands & great deals. They also carry some store brands (cookies, cereals, soups). Just a few of my Aldi favorites are Belgian butter waffle crisps, peanut butter cream filled cookies, fresh Atlantic salmon, & European wines.”
“I just love this market. We just needed to pick up a few items while visiting Cleveland a few weeks ago. It still has the same friendly atmosphere and the peaches I purchased were excellent.”
“Shopped at the Produce Place today for some deli products and fruit. My hubby and I are so impressed by the outstanding quality and reasonable prices we paid! The strawberries, smoked turkey, and salami and brown sugar ham were much better quality-wise (just so very fresh and delicious) than Marc's or Aldi's, where we typically shop and the cost was less (there was a deli sale). Also, the staff at the deli and cashier were extremely courteous and helpful and friendly, which was a delight! They also have some amazingbakery products ... Amish products and imported products ...which we will definitely take advantage of next time we visit! So many other neat things we did not expect. Can't wait to visit again!”

“Some great items in here. Found a seasonal Califia Cold Brew marked down to $.99 as well as Chobani Oatmilk at $1.99. Would have paid so much more for it elsewhere! Worth it!”
“Got into a culinary rut and decided to try my hand at my favorite cuisine. The only problem was that I needed a bunch of spices that I didn't have. Found Lakshmi Plaza and headed off. I was able to locate everything I needed (and then some!) with no problem. The prices were very reasonable and the products are high quality. The employees are helpful and the store is very well laid out and bright and airy. I had to go back today for a couple of other things and found out that there are fresh samosas on Saturdays! They were excellent. We'll definitely be back!”
“Heinen’s is such a gem when it comes to both groceries and fresh flowers. The store is always clean, well-organized, and filled with high-quality products—from fresh produce and meats to specialty items you can’t always find elsewhere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help if you’re looking for something specific.
The flower department is one of my favorite parts. Their arrangements are always gorgeous, fresh, and long-lasting, whether you’re picking up a simple bouquet to brighten your home or something more elegant for a special occasion. The selection feels thoughtful and adds such a welcoming touch to the shopping experience.
Shopping at Heinen’s feels less like a chore and more like a treat. It’s clear they take pride in offering quality and making customers feel valued. A wonderful place for both everyday essentials and little luxuries!”
“Discount Drug Mart is the one stop shop. The Reminderville store is the best. I have never had a bad experience. The store is very clean and all staff I have encountered are very kind. Jessica is always there and always willing to help when I am looking for something specific. All around great store!”
“Love this place. Live in Florida and its my first stop when I visit. The bakery is amazing and the prepared deli foods are awesome. I love the chicken Romero and the steak.”
“This is our spot! My husband and I are there a minimum of twice a day each! The staff behind the counter are always friendly and good for a quick Convo. It's a tad pricey but I prefer paying more for good service. Always our first choice to stop.”
“Stopped in for lunch and picked up pilaf, meat pastries, and dumplings. They were top tier, fresh, and my kid and I enjoyed. Had drinks, like tarragon pop, which I never had, and now addicted to it. Everyone was nice and kind. They had a good selection of warm items, freezer, pantry and deli items.”
“GFS is a no-nonsense restaurant supply store. You don't have to be in the restaurant industry to shop there, however it's definitely geared toward that demographic. It's a pretty good place if you're planning on having a large meal or a party, as they sell large sheets of frozen cheesecakes and other desserts or huge boxes of hamburger patties or large containers with lasagna or ravioli, etc. I have not always found what I wanted at GFS, but I rarely leave empty-handed!
One negative I have to say is that they do have a grocery section in the back where you can buy deli, meats and cheeses and things like that. However, the last two times I stopped I found a lot of their produce to be of a poor quality. There were berries with mold on them and broccoli with huge rotten spots in it so I don't necessarily think I would recommend going there for that sort of thing. But anything bulk that you need for parties or celebrations or large family get-togethers this is the place to go!”
