“The machines usually function properly.My only gripe is .I feel that PNC could do a better job of sanitation of the machines.Birds come through and soil the screen and you have to touch the screen or go to a machine that appears to be cleaner”

I had a lot of checks to deposit, and she guided me through the entire process; my (video) teller, Keonte (in Alabama) was also very nice. I could tell customers were quite stressed about the changes, but Donna remained professional and friendly; great customer service.”
