He price matched sheets, gave me the deal of the century on the modern version of boxsprings and set up a delivery for the exact day I needed the truck to arrive in another state.
I’ve dealt with some wonderful people in my life, but Adam topped them all. The mattresses were superb, I was astonished by the quality and price. Adam then told me I had 30 days to try out my mattress and if I wanted to upgrade to a different one, the store would switch mattresses free of charge.

BTW good luck finding that out there because this company is the only one offering it with multiple choices. Being able to flip and turn your mattress is essential and other companies don't make it the priority it should be. Another couple was shopping for a new mattress when we were in there - apparently the victims of the “football mattress sale” So if you bought one of those, I highly suggest you seek out this place and hopefully you’ll get Rich to help you too. “The best shopping experience. Shopping for high ticket items is stressful, shopping for a mattress is no exception and in addition it's pretty awkward. Striking a balance as a salesperson as informative but no pushy, welcoming but genuine - that's all really tricky. Cassidy and the environment of this store did all of these to the highest standard. Cassidy's training and expertise allowed them to create a space where we could ask questions but not be pushed.
