“As always, KEN and his staff did a great job in finding the exact new tires that we needed for our Ford F250 truck . Quick turnaround, with a free alignment check. Ohio Organic Farms Inc.”
“They do good work. I mostly communicate with Darryl about my truck. When my truck was with them Darryl would call me a couple times a day giving me updates on the progress of my truck and their concerns they might have with the work they were doing. Such as checking my wheel sensor and hearing some clinking coming from my hub. Darryl call me and ask if they could get the go ahead to pull the hub apart and take a look. Overall they do good work”
“We received a letter from Serpentini to trade in my 2023 Equinox. We usually throw those away, but I read it and we decided to just see what they could offer us. Derek K. Was simply amazing! He listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and -though they didn’t have one on their lot-he said he would find one for us. He ended up getting us more than we expected and was great through the whole process.
We are Serpentini Orville loyal. This is the 3rd car in three years from here for our family and every experience was fantastic. I will say, Derek was our favorite salesman so far. He explained things very well, did not pressure and was super friendly. We will recommend both Derek and Serpentini Orville to everyone.”
“The Auto Tech is very easy to communicate with on the quote, timing of work, and final invoice. In my experience so far their work on my vehicles has been top notch!”
“I have been a customer of severe auto service for awhile now. They are knowledgeable and truly a great service center. The staff are friendly, kind and will do there best to get you back on the road. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your automotive needs!”
“Rich has been working on my vehicles for 15 years. He has a great attention to detail and will tell me exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost.Honest service at a fair price.”
“We're the only ones to have an obscure part for my Cummins! They were super accommodating and made sure to get my part shipped out ASAP in order to help us get our truck on the road again for our family vacation! Will absolutely use them for all my diesel needs going forward!!!”
