“Great experience. The second time that I've found a part for my car on the Napa website. This experience was same as the first. Not a particularly expensive part. Less than $10. But I needed it badly. The amazing thing: The part was not in stock at the store but the website stated that if I ordered it, it would be ready for pickup at the store in 15 minutes. I found that hard to believe, but I ordered it anyway. Sure enough, 15 minutes later I got an email saying it was ready to be picked up at the store. Absolutely amazing. Not sure how they do it.
