“They took care of my ram dumptruck, it was an electrical problem hidden in the wires somewhere. Luckily for me the mechanic was able to trace it back and find the spot it was messed up. It was a huge deal for me, as being self employed my dump truck sitting around waiting on parts, well it's pretty much worst case scenario, as that truck makes everything happen, from the start of the job to the to the end of the job.

What stood out to me about this experience was how much the people at Caliber helped make the process feel easier.
Brittany, the receptionist, deserves specific recognition. From the moment you walk in or call, she is one of the first people you interact with, and she was consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. That may sound like a small thing, but when you are already frustrated about your car, having someone treat you like a person instead of just another repair order makes a real difference.
Michael, my primary contact, was also excellent. He was professional, approachable, and made the entire process feel much more manageable. I never felt like I was bothering him by asking a question, and I appreciated having someone I felt comfortable communicating with throughout the repair process. Good customer service is easy to promise; Michael actually delivered it.
The repair itself turned out great, but what I will remember most is how I was treated. Brittany and Michael helped turn an experience I was not looking forward to into one I can honestly say was positive.

“Great experience. The second time that I've found a part for my car on the Napa website. This experience was same as the first. Not a particularly expensive part. Less than $10. But I needed it badly. The amazing thing: The part was not in stock at the store but the website stated that if I ordered it, it would be ready for pickup at the store in 15 minutes. I found that hard to believe, but I ordered it anyway. Sure enough, 15 minutes later I got an email saying it was ready to be picked up at the store. Absolutely amazing. Not sure how they do it. And while I was there I picked up several other things. Young fella at the checkout was super nice and helpful. Napa has earned my trust and my business. I will be back.”
