“Great little store. I stop by here every chance I get. One suggestion if I may. If you are going to charge extra for cold beer, it needs to be COLD. It is cool at best. Please lower your cooler temps a bit. Definitely not at a desirable drinking temperature. Thank you!!!”

“It's been a year and 9 months since the opening of this store. It is usually busy when I am there. Friends and neighbors in the area are happy we have a store so close. I am thankful Dollar General's Market Planning Department took time to analyze the information I sent in 2017 and opened a store in the North Star area. Prior to opening this store, the closest Dollar General stores were: St. Henry, Ohio - 9.1 miles away, Ansonia, Ohio - 10.4 miles away, Versailles, Ohio - 11.6 miles away, Celina, Ohio (5696 Us Rte 127) - 10.2 miles away, and Fort Recovery, Ohio - 14.3 miles away from current location. “A grocery store is usually not something you would think to review but Holy cow this store is amazing. I am a truck driver and any time I get a load to minster I am super excited because the meat counter is what you go for. They always have preped meals which for a trucker is awesome because I can throw it in a lunch box oven and get a hot steak or meat loaf or what ever they decided to make and stick in the counter. And on top of that the service is always amazing. But this time on Sunday I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who happened to be working the meat counter. It just goes to show where they get the customer service skills because it starts from the top and you can see the heart that is put into this small town store. I will even not get groceries in TN before going out over the road if I know I'm going to minster just to spend my money here. Thank you for giving a place for truckers to have a great selection of food and an easy place to access with side street parking. We greatly appreciate it and are thankful for the amazing service!”
