“This store is by far the best around!! The ladies are so very caring and will stop to help you out and make sure you're happy. Lonely, Tracy are the best, they now me personally and as soon as they see me walk in they asked how many!?! In regards to a favorite snack of mine, they also keep this store in tip top shape it's never disgusting to go in. The shelves are stocked very nicely and they're always smiling... These two are some of the nicest and hard working women I've ever seen, and they never where a mean face it's all smiles. So I just wanted to thank them and I hope they're there for a long time. Thank you, Lonely & Tracy.”

“Good place if you are just shopping for the staple household items or looking for party/decor, but if you are after the viral stuff you see on TikTok, this is not the place. That is fine though, we can still get our household goods here and that is all that matters! I take a star off for two reasons: 1. Cleanliness, sometimes the place can be a bit of a cramped disaster. I have come in before and can barely maneuver the cart around. 2. The manager was loudly scolding some employees about phone usage on the clock and talking smack about another employee. I know this is common in the workplace, we all do it, but do it behind closed doors and not on the floor where the entire store can hear you.”

“I was at the Williamsburg location. Their was such a helpful cashier their. Her name was Samantha. She helped me locate the exact item I needed after coming to the checkout. She kindly walked me to the item and added the 4 cents I needed for my order. She did outstanding customer service. I hope her manager can see this review.”

“Doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside was clean and the isles were stocked and I found what I was looking for easy enough. Would have given five stars if the cashier had been nicer. I greeted her and asked how she was doing and she basically ignored me and I thought well ok perhaps she didn't hear me, so when I was leaving I told her to have a good day and I got nothing back! How rude lady, and I know she could speak because I heard her talk with a coworker.”

“Really wish anyone would answer the phone please! It’s 915pm and nobody is answering.. I’m just hoping in seriousness they are actually with a customer?? No joke i know there’s good people and maybe they have a couple people in line but i just hope at least overall employees are more monitored than not regarding customer service overall. I dunno maybe this branch is privately owned? An item is unaccounted for the customer and needs to be refunded please. Thank you . :-) Sincerely, Customer”

“Kind of mad today, picked something up from an end cap that was supposed to be 20% off..it was a LEGO item..rang up regular price. Cashier said it was because it said Lego City instead of whatever the sale sign said...well, there were all kinds of Lego City items on that shelf... why???If they are not on sale as well, do not put them with advertised items..now they just lost my business because they did something silly like that. I would much rather sell something as to lose a customer's business all together if I were them...I guess that's what I get for thinking ?”
