She asked if I had any discount coupons which I forgot I received in the mail. She was able to save me $5. My overall experience was outstanding. “Been kicking myself for not getting the name of the guy, but we were camping in the area, in from out of town, and were in need of an adapter for our RV. They didn't have the adapter we needed in stock, but the guy that helped us went above and beyond, searching online & calling other stores in the area to try to track down what we needed. He could have just said, "sorry we don't have it", and moved along, but he really went the extra mile to try to help us, and it really made a huge impression on us. Like I said, I wish I had gotten his name, but it's been over a month, and I'm still remembering it as a case of exceptional customer service, so I thought the least I could do was pop on the old Google and leave a 5 star review. Customer service is almost a lost art this day & age, so I think it's important to give props when & where it's due. Big thanks to that guy & to this store for taking care of people!”
