“I'm traveling across the United States driving from Michigan to Pennsylvania. My truck started overheating. I looked up the O'Reilly store. Found it pulled in. Thank goodness. I had a lifetime warranty on my radiator and the gentleman in the store marked Tommy Thomas change my radiator for me while I waited. These guys are amazing you talking about Hands-On customer service. It was amazing cuz I saw that I was stressed a little bit and they're like man we could fix it for you right now instead of waiting cuz it is a Sunday for a place to open up. That would probably take way more of my money. These gentlemen were taken care of very well and I will never go to another store other than this store right here, but in other states of course”
