“Just got my furniture delivered by Aisha and Curtis, they are two of the most professional and polite individuals I have ever met in Cleveland. Not only did I get a pretty good deal on a king size mattress with the platform but I also got a five drawer chest . they were on time with the delivery and they also assisted me and bringing the furniture up to my unit. Aisha want above and beyond and came back to my unit to help me with the installation of the knobs.”
“First and foremost I love the owner and employees here. I just left from buying cash my first new washer and dryer with a 90 day warrantee. I went in to see what they had and to my surprise HE HAS A WHOLE WAREHOUSE FULL OF APPLIANCES. Very intimate family owned company. I was blessed to get a very good deal for 900$. And a free bird tree house!! Soo cute.. I live close so I was happy to have found something that fits my family size. “So, I used to dread shopping at the Steelyard Commons Home Depot, because you could never find help or associates would see you coming, like you had a question, and make a beeline the other way. But I must say, the last couple times I've been there, I've been lucky enough to encounter Greg. Greg is so helpful, and you can tell that he really doesn't mind, and in fact wants to help you. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll stick with you until he gets one. Home Depot needs more associates, with great attitudes like Greg!”
“Went into Best Buy to purchase a TV. The purchase went Flawless salesman was more than helpful in finding a model that suited my needs. I was looking for something cheap but had good quality. Thing that I was going to put in an enclosed trailer that is like a hurricane on Wheels I wanted something that could take a little bit of a beating. Went with an open box Hisense u7k. Being that it was open box got it for less than half price. About the only problem was they forgot to wrap it up and I had to wait around for about an hour. After going back inside and notifying them that I've been waiting they immediately helped bring it out and put it in the truck.”

“Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
