“This is a nice bookstore. One of three I visited while in Cleveland, and I was not disappointed. The selection was extensive, and I walked out with a couple of books to take home. The staff working while I was there had a great sense of what they had, which is impressive considering how many books they have for sale.”
“They were super friendly, and I don't think that I have ever had such a good quality mocha in as little time as it took them to make it. The atmosphere was cozy, and the drinks were very inexpensive. Definitely a place worth supporting!”

“I had ordered flowers for my sister-in-law based on a bouquet advertised online. I was disappointed that delivery was quite different than the arrangement online, BUT as soon as I let them know, Paula, GM took it upon herself to get a new bouquet delivered. I have not visited the shop in person, but great customer service. I had not asked for a new bouquet, but Paula went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.”
“Fun little shop! I was able to walk the whole store and actually shop without people bothering me which is hard in most areas for books. Ended up seeing pokemon and magic cards for a decent price so I picked some up! They lose one star because the manga is over priced it's $5 a novel online $15 a novel here unless you buy the full box set at $120”

“I had to leave a review just because of Tracy. (Hope I spell it right) Such a sweet lady and went above above and beyond. You can just tell she truly enjoys helping people. Helping the customer before with questions about the area. Which I'm sure she's been asked a million times. Then helping me with finding energy drinks at that. She did all this happily and truly showed she cared. With such a lack of customer service in the world I had to make sure this lovely lady was noticed. Thank you Tracy!”
“Great inventory from apparel to daily school suppies. They could have better selection of CWRU apparel, especially name brands like Nike and UA. I also like low profile Nike hats, and it's hard to find any low profile hats here. Otherwise good selection and 10% off for CWRU employees (not valid for students).”
