“Stopped into CLE 23 for the first time yesterday. Didn't buy anything this time, but I'm always looking for new shirts for my brother who needs a 3X. Hard to find good shirts his size, but CLE 23 has a good selection of Indians and Browns wear—especially the shirts that resemble the old Nutmeg shirts from the 90s! I will definitely be back sometime soon”
“The staff are always friendly and they had a large selection of clothing and stuffed animals every time I have gone. They were welcoming and made me comfortable browsing despite having my children with me. Side note: The sidewalks were difficult to use outside the store, especially with a stroller in the winter few days after it snowed heavily.”

But the lady here went above and beyond to help us find what was needed for my daughters prom... beautiful gown , beautiful shoes , jewelry and nail polish to match. The tiaras they carry are just beautiful..all kind of cute shoes and outfits. Got my younger daughter simple cute spring dress grabbed myself a stylish cute purse ..literally the best dress shop with everything needed for any formal occasion quinceanera, prom, homecoming....”

“The one reason I have chosen to give this location a 5 star rating is based on the fact of my most recent visits at the store. The checkout was fast and efficient and the cashier was super friendly. I was very impressed with her energy as she made my day! I can’t remember her name but I do know she hast to be a new employee there for I’ve never seen her before. She dresses well and seems to enjoy what she’s doing. Hopefully the store can keep it going with positive vibes and more importantly good service. The store was clean and it was easily accessible to finding what I needed. Kudos to the lady at the register! Keep up the good work! Hope it continues ?”
“It's been a long time since I shopped here. We were a little disappointed in some of the changes and the shortage of staff at the store. The only good thing about looking for help was being able to see other things we could use. The staff we did find was very helpful. We'll have to get back there before their doors are closed. Looks like Sears all over again.”

I walked into the store with 23 items that my wife had picked online and had to go to store to get them ASAP as I am traveling in few days, and have no time for delivery. As quick as the two Wonderful ladies working assisted me right away and made sure that I had all the items that my wife picked. The entire process was less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. I came in with multiple questions, both how to exchange an item and what he would recommend getting my brother as a gift, and he helped me through the whole process for both inquiries. Even when browsing on my own, I had multiple associates come up and ask if I was doing alright. Will definitely be shopping at this abercrombie location more often!”
