“Came here for screen repairs, and it was done super quick. Great staff. Friendly, helpful, and they even changed my key fob battery. Large place... looks well stocked.”

“Best hardware store in Cleveland, especially if you’re actually in the city vs the suburbs. It’s easy to get to with a rear location. Plenty of free parking in their lot. The place really shines when it comes to their service. If you have any questions about tools, hardware, paint, building supplies. This is the place to go! Contractors can set-up accounts for employees, or individuals can use cash/card. They carry tons of Milwaukee power tools, hardware, pack-out, hands tools, trade tools. As well as several other name brands. My favorite section is their hardware section. It’s fully stocked 80% of the time and they have EVERYTHING! For all trades and DIY. Metric and SAE”

“Always friendly. Always helpful. Quick service and they either get it for me or show me where it is. I think prices are similar to the big stores, but if not, the convenience is well worth it.”

“I love that Cleveland has local pharmacy options still - a lot of communities do not. Sheliga Drug is by far a local favorite. I can't even count how many people are loyal to Sheliga, and I agree - we must support respectable local businesses, especially our Pharmacies!!”

“It was nice n all, we're glad it's not going into a dump. Prices for a few thing we looked at I felt were a bit high, but nothing we had to have or needed. It was just a nice way to enjoy a sunny frigid day in Ohio 🤠”

“What an AWESOME shop! I walked in 10min before close with a LONG discontinued faucet cartridge. He immediately recognized it and went into the back... 2 minutes later I had a replacement in my hand and some great installation advise to go along with it. This is after 5 other stops throughout the day at other plumbing supply stores who were no help at all other than telling me to look on the Internet. You sir found a lifetime customer. The option of being able to rebuild the quality older things in our homes instead of just replacing with some new junk is fading away. Let's keep places like this alive and well! Thank you again Big Creek Plumbing!!!!!”

“This hardware store is a little gem in the heart of Columbia Station. The gentleman employee (manager?) is always incredibly kind and helpful and never makes me feel intimidated or silly for any questions I ask or needs I have. I highly recommend supporting this small local business over big box stores!”

“I had a great experience purchasing a ladder here. I called ahead to see what they had to fit my needs and by the time I got there, Rich had all the ladders pulled out for me to see. Now that's service! Much better selection than those big box stores, too. 10/10 would recommend.”

“The ONLY Harbor Freight I will ever shop at again! Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful staff and a super manager! And they always, always have everything in stock, including all the sale/specials items that the other Harbor Freight stores never seem to have, even on the first day of their sales. And no pressure to join their “Member-Only” club, which the other stores are relentless about. Very clean, well-organized aisles make this location a pleasure to do business with. I’ve save a lot of $ shopping here & have gotten some helpful advice as well. Highly recommend this place!”

“My parents recently purchased a walk in shower for their home. They had a lot of issues when ordering the right style and parts to go with our shower and it put them behind with installation. My mom called the president of the company his name was Dan. He proceeded to help my parents get everything squared away. He never questioned them just listened and took care of them and made sure they were completely satisfied. Great company to purchase from Dan made everything right for my parents. We are very happy with the services they provided.”

“Lost my key copy I had just had made by these guys. I immediately came back to have another made. Tried to pay for the second copy but they heavily insisted I just take it for free. Great guys. Support this small business!”

“So sorry this took me so long. When I went to Airgas it was October 2nd. I had a problem with my oxygen. When opening the valve it made a popping noise and oxygen was escaping. I called Airgas and spoke with Leahbain, she basically diagnosed it over the phone. I traveled to the store to buy an oxygen regulator after speaking with Leahbain and discussing my options and due to the age of my equipment. I purchased a (85801-300-DLX) Torch Kit. Installed just the regulator and the oxygen worked perfectly. Then I installed the other regulator, torch and hoses. Works great right decision. THANK YOU LEAHBAIN PS Better late than never”

“Staff is always very helpful and store almost always has everything you are looking for. Shout out to Chris the manager for going above and beyond to deliver a grill and provide top notch customer service!”
6500 Brecksville Rd, Independence OH 44131
“Gentleman in there was very professional and courteous, he even helped recommend a comparison for a tool that I was looking for and they didn't currently have, so he referred me to other places and even though I would much like to have purchased the hardware store because he referred me and was not worried about losing my business, he actually my gained respect and I would actually go back there and give them my business, just because he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me on some products that I really couldn't afford.”

“They had exactly the bulb I needed. I called several hardware stores looking for a Sylvania fluorescent bulb. No one had it in the size that I needed which was 24 inches except Bloom Brothers. They put two bulbs aside for me and I picked them up and they fit perfectly. Friendly fast reliable service. Glad they are close by.”

“Vince the owner is a stand up guy who cares about his customers and employees. Old School guy who grew up in the neighborhood, a gentleman class act. All the employees I met were there for 30-40 years. That tells you ALOT. He treats them well. Great pricing and great quality. Highly recommend.”

“After spending hours of trying to figure out a Weber Grill issue, Chris nailed the problem down and solved it. Very few places left that have this customer experience left. Thanks so much!”

“This is one of the better hardware stores I have been in, and that is saying something because most of the chain stores all start to feel exactly the same after a while. Same layout, same vibe, same experience. This location stands out because it is simply run better, and you can feel that the moment you walk in. The first thing I noticed was how organized everything is. The aisles are neat, products are stocked in a way that actually makes sense, and it does not feel like you are wandering through chaos trying to find one specific part. Even when you are there for something random or very specific, it is easier to locate what you need because the store is well maintained and clearly managed with attention to detail. It sounds simple, but it makes the whole shopping trip faster and less frustrating. The staff is another big reason I prefer this location. They are genuinely friendly and approachable, and it feels like they actually want to help rather than just point you toward an aisle and disappear. When you ask a question, you get real help, not attitude. The overall atmosphere is quiet and friendly, which is surprisingly refreshing compared to the loud, hectic feel you get in some big box stores. I also want to mention the cleanliness because it matters. The bathrooms are clean, and the store overall feels clean and well cared for. That is usually a good reflection of how the place is managed, and it matches the rest of the experience here. Management and customer service are clearly above par. This store feels like it is being run by people who take pride in doing things the right way, not just doing the minimum. Overall, if you have multiple hardware store options in the area and you are trying to decide where to go, I would recommend this one. It is a little better than the other locations I have been in, mainly because it is organized, friendly, calm, and well managed. It makes a quick stop for supplies feel easy instead of annoying, and that is exactly what a hardware store should be.”

“Very helpful! Got me out of a jam when I was halfway through a plumbing project and realized I needed a Moen cartridge removal tool! Highly recommended!? Also, I love having the ability to purchase one or two screws/nuts/bolts. Big box stores only carry packs of 12 or more!”

“I was having a rare problem with a new Makita miter saw not cutting straight- made slightly curved cuts. It appeared the rails and blade weren't parallel. Out of warranty, so brought it to Tri- County Power Tool. Everyone was extremely nice and I really appreciated them taking the time to listen and to explain details. They figured out the adjustment to the rails and told me exactly what to do if it happens again. Excellent experience. Very nice to work with good, honest people!”

“Outstanding customer service. I arrived looking for a specific product that was out of stock, but the staff immediately stepped in to help. They were able to locate the item and went above and beyond by making a trip to their plant to acquire it for me the same day. Thanks to their exceptional effort and dedication, I was able to complete my project on time. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. I truly appreciate everything they did and will definitely be back for future business.”
14181 Foltz Industrial Parkway, Strongsville OH 44149
“The folks working here are ready to help in anyway the moment you walk in... but give you your space and privacy to look around. I have never seen such a large selection of router bits in one location... not just a few of the most commonly used, but everything produced by a few of the major makers. Even though they seem to be a specialty shop, their prices basically match what you will find online or in the big box stores.”
20200 Detroit Road, Rocky River OH 44116
“First for everything. Never been in E&H. Just came here from SC visiting family and I had such an amazing experience here with Kara and Dzmetri. Outstanding customer service from these 2 employees and I mean outstanding service. Well mannered and simply delivered! I spent a while in this store and noticed the two of them working hard with answering customers concerns while handling multiple customers. Both will multitask and go from one end of the store to the other. I will be definitely let my family know here to shop at this store and I thank the 2 of you for showing how dedicated you are to your store. We need this in South Carolina! Fast and efficient service right here.”
