“The machines usually function properly.My only gripe is .I feel that PNC could do a better job of sanitation of the machines.Birds come through and soil the screen and you have to touch the screen or go to a machine that appears to be cleaner”

“Out of all the bank branches I’ve had the opportunity to visit, this one is by far the best. Every banker is bilingual, which makes a huge difference and creates a very welcoming environment for everyone.

“Only went to the ATM. They had two ATMs open. There was no line, but the machine must have been broken because it wouldn't accept my card. I drove around to the other ATM window and that one worked. There was a customer behind me in the first line and it did not work for him either. He looked frustrated and drove away.”
