Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Was given attitude about how busy they were. No sense of urgency and absolutely not customer service

Wish I could give ZERO STARS. BRITTANY AND LIZ WASTED MY time multiple times. They have no clue what they’re doing and seriously they need to find other bankers. I will be escalating this matter.

They don’t honor appointments or keep track of them. I had the card with the date and time written down, but they acted like it never existed. No effort to reschedule and no one answers the phone when you try to reach a manager. Very unprofessional.
