“Fairly new to the area, and I've been exploring options for an oil change as my car was due for one. I have only gone to Valvoline in the past, and wanted to try something new and J's was very close to me so I gave it a shot based on other great reviews.I am very happy with the service, and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Price wise, it's pretty much the same as Valvoline when on sale via Groupon (which is what I have always done). Synthetic Oil Post-Tax came out to be $67. And the service provider did not try to upsell you on little things like wiper blades and air filters like Valvoline does.Highly recommend this company if you want to support local, and still pay a very reasonable price. 5 Stars.”
“Was uncertain of this location, but Dave and his crew were exceptional. Professional, friendly, and very thorough. I would highly recommend coming to their location. Definitely will be back!

Proceed with caution: this is not the staff's fault, but transmission flushes should not be done.
Double check your dealer's transmission fluid regulations and what oil needs to be used for your car. Otherwise definitely give them 5 stars for the customer service!”

“Had a flat tire on my way home and called my insurance for roadside assistance. They quoted me 45-75 minutes, but Ed showed up in just 15! He was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly the whole time. He changed my tire quickly and even took a minute to show me what he was doing in case I'm ever in a bind again. Above-and-beyond service-- highly recommend Ed if he's the one who shows up for your roadside assistance call!”
