“I was 60 miles from home when my tire light came on with only 15 lbs of pressure. I pulled into a Parma gas station around 4:45 PM, spotted a construction staple in the tread, and started calling nearby shops. Three other places turned me down, saying they’d need to keep the car overnight since they closed at 5:00 or 6:00 PM.
On my fourth call, I reached Miguel at Van's. Despite closing soon, he was upbeat, professional, and assured me they’d handle it. They got my car right into a bay, patched the tire quickly, and only charged $25. Outstanding customer service for a last-minute emergency—it’s easy to see why this shop is rated so highly.”
“Best service I have received in Ohio yet just moved from Colorado Dan is one of the greatest people I have met here I had a very complicated break system witch he happily explained and got me up to date with what I needed, also did not bullshit me on pricing I had gotten 3 different quotes all over 500 Dan was wearing to do for a way better price, also went to get the piece himself I mean do doesn’t play around great to have done business here thank you DAN!!!!”

He was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly the whole time. He changed my tire quickly and even took a minute to show me what he was doing in case I'm ever in a bind again.
