“During a recent spell of extreme cold winter weather, I needed to replace my car battery and wiper blades. I spoke with John via telephone to confirm availability of the battery I wanted and then drove to the store to pickup. John and Kurt were extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole experience. They swapped out my old batter and wiper blades, despite the sub-freezing temps and biting wind, and with smiles and laughs the whole time. I have always gotten good customer service at this shop, but the recent experience with John and Kurt was top notch. I would highly recommend this Advance location.”
