“I was in just under two weeks ago (at the Pickerington store) on the evening of Friday March 6. It was determined that I needed a new battery at 8:55 pm. The young man that was there insisted it wasn't too late to change my battery despite the fact that it was five minutes prior to closing. The car is a Honda and the battery is buried and not easy to reach. The young man that helped me was Emanuel Tesfaye at the Pickerington store. He was extremely gracious and pleasant despite having to stay late. This was a demonstration of amazing customer service, which is hard to find these days. You are a very lucky organization to have this young man be a part of your team. If you recognize exceptional teammates, please honor this young man.
