“I have been to other Boost locations and was never happy with the customer service. But today was my first time at the E. Broad location and I was very happy with the experience. The store was well-lit, clean, organized, and inviting. Tripp was the associate that helped me and he was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to give great recommendations. He helped me purchase new phones for my family and was very patient with helping us set them up. Because of associates like Tripp, I'll remain a Boost customer. Give him a raise!”

“This location is easy to get to. When you walk in there is a kiosk to sign in. To be seen, you have to sign in to be put into the que. There is usually a line for this location. Most of the time they are efficient and get to you quickly. There is a kiosk in the back if you only have to pay a bill. The staff was polite and got.me signed up for a new phone. They didn't have it in stock but ordered it for me. They made sure I received the confirmation email and responed to it before I left.”
“We went in to pay a bill and ran into our favorite boost mobile associate. We talked about ungrading because our phone was old with little memory. Rather that upsell us something we didn't need they hooked us up with an economical 5G phone and a cover on our request. The service allows us to stay in touch with family here and abroad. Good store great personal service.”
