“We ordered a rolling island from Lowe's, and when we received it, the box was really beat up. Inside, some of the bags of parts were open, but there was only 1 cam lock missing. We went to the Lowe's in Macedonia, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Bob even paid for the package of cam locks saying that it was Lowe's fault, so we shouldn't have to pay for it. Great experience!”
“After already dealing with LL Flooring for two months, they told us it’ll take another month possibly two to get carpet installed. We went to Home Depot to see if they could do it sooner and with the help of Bri (so so helpful and knowledgeable) we were able to get it all finished yesterday! We only had to wait about 8 days. The three men that came and installed our carpet got it done perfectly and finished in 50 minutes. Thank you Bri for helping us get this done so quickly!”

“Clean, organized, pro desk employees are all cool and deserve rasies. The Milwuakee reps need to step up their game though. For 5 years they have promised me a t shirt and I haven't gotten one. I find this ridiculous. I haven't wore a shirt in years now and people treat me like an animal. I want to be cool and a good carpenter but it's hard without my promised free Milwaukee shirt. If I could get at least two Milwaukee stickers to cover my nipples I'd hold up till the next freeze. Jesus was a carpenter and not only was he the only son of God BUT he had a free promised Milwaukee shirt!”

“The only reason why I go to Lowe's is for my military 10% discount otherwise.. good luck finding someone that actually knows what they're doing in there or what you're looking for then again you had to describe or you got to know what you're looking for as well. Another words you cannot be looking for the square peg that fits in the round hole and expect the the floor associate to understand you. Yeah I suppose it's getting a little better cuz I found myself a way around a little bit better than I used to but it's still difficult to find. Somebody knows what you're doing. Make sure you don't get a kid and doesn't know anything except now to pull out his phone and try to find it for you”
