Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Northfield, OH Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store was immaculate with friendly and helpful staff. Helpful sales representatives go above and beyond. The Assistant Store Manager and his team saved a customer from a disastrous experience, escalating an issue to approve a return. This location is much nicer than most home improvement stores around Cleveland and is a go-to location. It is a standard Lowe's, though aisles need cleared from unfinished shelf stocking and some smaller items are not stocked.

I had no problem finding most of what I needed....helpful staff there...only negative thing was that I tried to get a key copied but they didn't have the key I needed..
