“My go to nursery with a wide variety. Pat is always helpful when selecting exactly what I want/need. The shrubs I’ve purchased from here have been thriving and look great. It is a little on the pricey side, but I haven’t been disappointed with the outcomes of the shrubs/plants I’ve purchased from there.”

“I drove about a half hour to get grower size chicken grit which is far considering there's multiple tractor supply stores much closer. However, next time I need some (or related product) I'll not even think twice about returning there. The prices were fair and the staff was actually really friendly. Not used to that anymore...”

“I needed some medium sized multicolored rocks (4-8 inches) to fill in some gaps in my landscaping and they had the perfect rocks I was able to choose from. Very helpful and responsive.”

“They have an awesome amount of plant inventory. Pricing is a lil above normal, but they do probably have what you're looking for and they take great care of their plants. The outside area (greenhouse) could do with better signage so you can find your specific plants easier. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! At the exit there is a nice loading zone section to pull your vehicle up to and get loaded up without worry of other cars parking or driving by while your cart is sticking out at the rear of your vehicle...much safer and more convenient!!!”

“Nied Garden Center just completed a project leveling and repositioning the river stone on our patio and we are very pleased with the outcome! Greg came by to assess our issues and we were able to schedule the work quickly. We were impressed with his knowledge and willingness to complete the job and meet our expectations. Chris and Alex were wonderful to work with. They are so hardworking and take pride in their work. They also checked in with us frequently during the project so that we were on the same page. I highly recommend them and will call on them again for future projects!”

“The size of Kollman's from the road is deceiving, it just doesn't look that big when you drive by. It's a lot bigger than you imagine and has a wide variety of perennials, garden plants, annuals and tropical plants. It's no frills, the buildings have been around for many decades. There is a restroom available, but you have to walk about a hundred yards to the red barn to get to it. The plants are healthy. We bought yet another Hosta we didn't have...”

“Stopped on Saturday afternoon with question of umbrella purchased a couple years ago. We were unsure how to get it to tilt. A woman working on the floor went above and beyond. Checked model we purchased, showed us and had us practice cranking as necessary to tilt umbrella. We were so impressed she took that time. Thanks so much.”

“Trustworthy, friendly, honest and reliable. High quality materials, their products’ quality surpassed expectations- very rich soil at competitive prices. Don’t bother going to big box stores, they will charge you 3x more for lower quality. The whole experience was easy and not frustrating at all. Great customer service. We highly recommend. And we will be going back next year. Benefits: Able to split cubic yard orders and combine top soil with compost. Rescheduled due to rain on initial day no addt charge or substantial wait. Workers remembered me after I ordered, seamless process with no confusion. Delivered on time. Great prices.”

“I never write reviews, but I absolutely HAVE to because of how helpful the staff in this department was!! Went to the store today looking for a pair of long nose pliers to help dislodge something that got stuck in a trumpet pipe. Couldn't find what I was looking for and asked for help. Long story short, I ended up in the rental department and the guys there helped me get it out with their own tools. I cannot thank you enough for your help today!! They quite literally saved me from spending HUNDREDS in repairs! I absolutely recommend this place, the staff are genuinely great people”

“Much happier than Lowes as far as check out. I like the personal touch and old fasion attention. They are happy I shop there so I keep going. I find associates when needed to help find things. I littke less obstacles in the hallways would be good though.”

“Kaven was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant in Lumber. He clearly knows his department and how to treat a customer. Also, Kara at Checkout was very pleasant and efficient. Overall, such service added greatly to our excellent shopping experience and is one reason that we keep coming back to The Home Depot in Fairlawn.”

“Very helpful, friendly, kind, and professional answered all of our questions. She took time to answer them and go above and beyond, very knowledgeable about the paints and colors. Even when she was cleaning the floors, had time to stop and answer questions to not only to us, but other customers around her. I’d definitely recommend Jacquline for employee of the month, it’s very rare to find people, that are willing to go above and beyond. Thank you so very much made our trip and time there enjoyable. Suzanne”
