“This was the only shop in the area that had time to get to me same day which is why I went here instead of my usual repair shop..I came in with engine issues, mechanic could not figure out the immediate problem so my service lights were reset, this was done on monday. My light is back on, its now Friday.Now I can no longer open my hood, the latch does not function and the hood is stuck closed. My attempts to reach them by phone for the last 3 days have failed. This issue would not generally be dire, but I have recently been having some issues with low power steering fluid and must add fluid.The lady at the desk was very polite though. Gave me a chair to sit on outside as I waited. Their waiting room is closed due to covid safety. I called up on the following Monday. They had me come right in, and they fixed the issue with my hood at no charge. Was back on my way within the hour. This would have been a 5 star review had it not been difficult to get ahold of them.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“I will never use Sheetz for def or diesel again!!!!! I went to fuel 110.00 in def and diesel and the def stopped me at 4.00 and the diesel never came out and stopped me at .85 then said see cashier .So I come inside and they want me to wait 5 days for a refund and charge me again!!!!!!!It put me behind and made me miss picking up a load right before Christmas !!!!!Then the manager wants to get snippy with me when I'm trying to get this made right.The nerve of Sheetz to not try to fix their mistake and then cost me 500.00 for missing my load .I will be calling corporate to make this right , you can't treat truckers this way!!!!!!!!!!!Edit: I called corporate and Christine Bender got me a gift card to get my fuel and made it right , I managed to still pick up my load . Merry Christmas corporate Sheetz and tha k you for not leaving me out to dry.”
