“I've took my 2019 Chevy Impala here after I took it to Dave White twice with no luck. I had a transmission issue that was under a tsb and an oil leak. After about 3 hours of my car being there, they figured out my tcm was bad and my front timing cover was leaking. They also had a rental car set up for me and I only had to pay for a transmission flush due to everything else being under warranty. Due to Dave White not finding any issues wrong both times, my warranty was almost gone, about 1k miles away. They had great communication with answering all of my calls and messages, updated me on my car's progress and also sending me a video of the technician inspecting and explaining the tcm and timing cover issue. I do most of my own work but If there's something I can't figure out or have another car under warranty, this dealer is going to be my go to place Chevy wise.”

In my case, the job was done within 3 hours (including delivery of parts) from the moment I stopped by, without any prior booking. “I am so happy with this service center. I have an old van and put over $4000.00 in repairs in it at my regular auto shop in the past 3 months. My engine light came on and I found that the car would race in low gear when driving on roadways. My regular garage told me that nothing was wrong that It must be my driving. I took my van to Automall, they did a diagnosis on it, found the problem and fixed in two working days. My tire light was on and my garage did not fill the tires. Automall made sure the tires were full before I left. My husband uses a wheelchair and our van is ideal for our needs. Needless to say, I will return to automall for my service needs. I will also let people know how the service and personnel were. Thank you especially John.

I went to Midas for one thing and they were able to help me in many other ways. They were honest and didn't overcharge me. They didn't try to upsell me on things I knew I didn't need. When I got it back from them my steering wheel was crooked with the truck tires straight, I had a wheel rubbing my bumper and a awful pull to the right. Aaron got it all straightened out for me and all my issues disappeared. It was done quickly, and price was great!”

“Need a GOOD, HONEST & FAIR priced body shop? Do yourself a favor & go to Gerber's (Perrysburg location.) Was rear-ended & pushed into the car in front of me. Mike at Gerber's Perrysburg was recommended by my son-in-law. Dropped my car off for an inspection. They were ready to set up a car rental for me (already had that in place) I feared it would be totaled. Mike Inspected my car, and assured me it could be fixed. They are AMAZING!!!! EVERY step of the way, I was updated on the progress. EVERY single employee was super friendly. I will not go anywhere else!! You shouldn't either!! They did AMAZING!!!! Treated me AMAZING!!!”

“I'll try and sum this up as briefly as possible by saying Matt and his team absolutely saved my ass, and did so with nothing but compassion, urgency, and fairness.I live in Upstate New York and happened to be in town for my son's baseball tournament when my front drive shaft snapped rendering my vehicle undriveable. I have a Jaguar F-Pace SUV and as luck should have it, there wasn't a Jag dealership within 2 hours of where I was broken-down. After several hours of waiting for tow trucks and trying to find a garage that could work on my car, let alone fit me in their schedule to even assess the damage, I found Bavarian (Matt). He managed to squeeze me into their schedule on a Friday afternoon, got me up on their lift to take a look, managed to get a beat on a replacement part, and allowed me to leave the car with them for the rest of the weekend with no deposit or credit card.Monday rolls around...I call Matt first-thing in the morning and he confirms the anticipated timeline for the part to arrive and get installed (he said "expect it to be done by Friday" - huge sigh from me but it is what it is...), and I continue making calls for work, responding to emails, and now seeking out a car rental so I could drive back home vs. extending at the hotel (spending hundreds of extra dollars per day), when I get a text from Matt saying "hold on! Don't leave town just yet! I think I've found a part for you and I might be able to get you taken care of later today (Monday) or tomorrow morning (Tuesday) at the latest! ...part arrives, he confirms it fits, he gets it installed, and I have my car back in-hand MONDAY AFTER-FRICKIN-NOON!!! AND...he saved me approximately $600 to-boot! They could've said "nothing we can do", taken advantage of me and gave me a ridiculous price (because what was I gonna do say no...), or simply let it play out until Friday but they were simply amazing and I'll be forever grateful for their effort.Thank you Matt and Team!”
“Great Experience:
Went foe an oil change. They told me the final price before starting to make sure I was ok with it. Did the oil change, air in tires, checked and topped off fluids, checked all exterior lights. The best part was they didnt ask if I want an air filter or cabin filter. I will definitely return!”
