“Test message said meds would be $65.99, took my new insurance card to pharmacy a little after 3pm today and the young lady with long brown hair, that unfortunately covered her name tag, waited on me. She was friendly as well as efficient, greeting me warmly as I walked up, entering computer info, then updating my insurance, giving me the new totals, running my credit card for 4.29 and I was on my way with the meds in less than 5 minutes. Very impressive!”

“They once again treated us kind. Prices are little high. Like most places that are closer to people that don't have groceries store close. So we have to get all kinds of different busses. So I'm grateful to have these little stores and gas stations. So you can at least get few thing's till you get ride.”
“The last time was in there boxes blocking aisles merchandise was low the young man in charge was doing the best he could to stock shelves and keep customers happy. He was there alone but ladders boxex every where he was trying to help every one I felt like I was in a fire trap with all the ladder an boxes blocking the aisles. I've been to new lebanon location and must more organized”
“There's not much else around and I know what I'll get here the shelves were stocked and the restrooms clean. I always find good deals on clearance cloths it's hard to beat shirts for $5 I'm amazed how many people compliment me on my Walmart cloths”

“No matter the person at the counter always satisfied when I go in there, since this place remodeled and got new people working there this place has been excellent, you get fast friendly service with a smile and respect never had a gas station person tell me to “be safe” or “have a great day” every time I see then and I really appreciate that def puts a smile on your face .”

Grocers help me get item I want off shelves when available to help me. Other shoppers also assist me as well. I am not left feeling la impudent has a an imposition when I ask for help.this makes me feel good about doing my Shopping here. The store is always clean and and grocery store. Items are not strung out all over the place on different isles.”
“Nice little place. Got there around 7a and they were open. Store well stocked. Proprietor very nice and polite.Used the laundromat and it was clean and machines worked well. I"ll go back.”
“Definitely my favorite Kroger by far. Typically has a good selection of fresh meat and seafood although today the crab legs were looking a little sad and the king crab was insanely priced (though not far from typical for the season) my only complaint would be one of the meat&seafood clerks who was condescending and rude towards another clerk… who clearly just wanted to do his job without her berating him and breathing down his neck. I believe her name was Brenda. She didn’t even care that I was standing right there. The poor guy was trying to just do his job (which he did fine) and she kept arguing with him even with me standing right there. I could feel her aggression so intensely myself that I wanted to run away screaming. I can’t imagine how stressful it must be to work with her. The man honestly deserves a medal for being able to tolerate her all day without opening a vein. #ChillBrenda”

“I have been shopping at Kroger for years. The Managers and Employees have always been nice, polite and helpful. I use the Clinic, Pharmacy and store. I have really been pleased how they have handled the pandemic. Fresh produce, meats, Dairy and canned goods almost completely stocked. The store is always clean. Employees helpful if you need them. They really deserve praise during this stressful time. Thank you!”
“The store has improved dramatically since last year. It used to be a total chaotic mess all thetime and was very difficuly to navigate. It's still a little messy, but nowhere near as bad. Getting through the aisles is much easier, and the staff is pretty nice now.”
